Have you tried a soft-reset ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider if it appears), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

I gave up. None of the "help" from on-line customer support worked to solve the problem, and the fools want to charge you to speak to a rep on the phone. I just won't be an i-tunes store customer any more. It is my opinion that they have deliberately made it difficult for anyone with a windows PC to access their products, in order to favor the MAC. Personally I am disgusted with their so called "support" and have written off Apple products until they get their act together to serve ALL potential customers properly.

Problem: Unable to get connection

I have a jsp page that allow user to upload excel file and at the same page retrieve the data from the uploaded excel file.
the problem is when i click the upload button, i got this error:

If you have the file open via some other application such as Microsoft Excel when you run your java code, your java code will fail because Microsoft Excel has exclusive access to the file. Close Microsoft Excel and run your code again.
If you still have problems, right click on the file icon in WindowsXP, select properties, and make sure the 'read only' checkbox isn't checked. If you're running in linux/unix, you will have to check the file permissions (read/write rights).

It sounds like you may be having issues with the connectivity of your iPhone with the Bluetooth in your vehicle. The following Knowledge Base article offers up some great steps for troubleshooting that Bluetooth connectivity with your iOS device:
If you can’t use a Bluetooth accessory or car kit
To resolve the issue, you'll need to first sign in to iCloud and review your devices:
Sign in to iCloud on your iOS devices and Macs with OS X Yosemite (available this fall).
On one of your devices, tap Settings > Bluetooth and look under My Devices. You'll see all devices that are connected to Bluetooth, but make sure that you see your Apple devices that are signed in to iCloud and are using iOS 8 or OS X Yosemite.
Sign out of your iCloud account from any devices that you don't want to use. To sign out of iCloud on an iOS device, tap Settings > iCloud > Sign Out.
Then, remove any inactive devices from iCloud:
Sign in to iCloud.com.
Select Find My iPhone.
Select any devices that aren't active anymore.
Wait for Find My iPhone to stop trying to find the inactive device.
You should see the option to remove this device from your account. Select it to remove the device.
After following the steps above, restart the device with the issue. Then try to use it with your Bluetooth accessory.

The full message sasy "The calendar https:// cal.me.com:8443/principas/users/(server number) was not found on the server. Make sure the URL is correct.

10.6.8 cannot access iCloud's facilities - you can set Mail up manually and there is a hack which some people have used to sync calendars (see below) - you cannot sync any other type of data.
This is the situation with iCloud and Snow Leopard:
Your email, calendars, and 'Find my iPhone' will be migrated to iCloud. Contacts and Bookmarks cannot be migrated from a Snow Leopard Mac.
Your iDisk, together with website hosting and Gallery, will continue to work as before until next June.
Syncing of Dashboard Widgets, Dock Items and Keychains between Macs, and Mail Accounts, Mail Rules, System Preferences, Signatures & Smart Mailboxes between Macs & iOS devices, will cease altogether.
You will be able to access email and calendars on the iCloud website at http://icloud.com provided your browser is reasonably up-to-date.
You will not be able to sync contacts or bookmarks from a pre-Lion Mac.
You will be able to enter the server settings for email manually in the Mail application and access your email.
You will not be able to sync your calendars directly.
Some people have been able to set up calendar syncing by using the method detailed here - this is an unsupported hack and may not be reliable, and may stop working at some future point. BusyCal is an iCal-like calendar application with extra facilities: it can sync with the iCloud Calendar while running on Leopard, Snow Leopard or Lion.
There appears to be no method of syncing contacts (though Address Book on a Mac can be synced with Google or Yahoo address books - I don't know how reliable this is).

You can't. There is basically no inspiration browser anymore. The best way around that is to stop using the welcome screen. Launch PSE by going to the Program Files or Program Files (x86) in Windows or the Applications folder on a Mac, and finding the actual .exe/application file for the organizer and/or editor and making a desktop shortcut/dock icon for the one(s) you choose.
The tutorials that were available via the IB have moved to tv.adobe.com and adobe's youtube channel.
