s continuous and a line is drawn all the way across the plot from 360 back to 0. I was wondering if I could turn off this roll-over somehow so I could still have a continuous plotover the 0 to 360 span? Or is there something else I can do or use? ThanksYou could also wrap the second half of the data around such that visually it's going back towards the 360/0 point.
The attached VI shows how this might work with a sinewave. First run it with the boolean switch off to demonstrate the problem, now then turn the switch on and run the VI again.

Maybe you need to enable Direct Play under Legacy Components in the Turn Windows Features on or off dialog.

Hi, Sasi -
The Matrix maps coordinates in your shading dictionary into User Space. That is, the Matrix entry in the Pattern dictionary specifies a coordinate transformation that will be applied to coordinates specified in the shading dictionary.
To take your example, you have an axial shading extending from (rounding off) 109,69 to 109,0. Your Pattern dictionary specifies the Matrix
[ 1 0 0 1 54 53 ]
This transformation matrix corresponds to a scale of 1,1 (that is, no change in scale) and a translation of 54,53. Thus, the actual endpoints for the axial shading will be the User Space positions 163,122 and 163,53 (assuming I’ve added correctly).
As to what values to use for your Matrix, it depends on how you’ve set up your Shading dictionary. If the coordinates you’ve specified are actually where you want the gradient to go, then just use an identity matrix
[ 1 0 0 1 0 0 ]
By the way, are you sure that the Pattern dictionary includes a Matrix entry? I seem to remember (it's been a while since I've looked at Patterns) that the matrix is supplied as an argument to the makepattern operator:

FCP X deleted about 2/3 of events to a project and the project. I uploaded the project to vimeo from FCP X, and the next day when I tried to use FCPX, they were gone, the events are gone from fcp and my ext hd, the project is still on the ext hd.

No, I don't have identical projects on a second drive, only saving to the movies folder on internal HD. The files and media save there fine, but fcp doesn't seem to recognise them the next day, just opens with one new untitled event and no projects.
I have tried saving to en external HD tonight and will see if the problem happens again with this set up when I restart tomorrow.
But I should be able to save to internal HD, so something is going wrong...

My partner deleted, by accident my itunes library. I have an iMac 10.6.7, Itunes 10. I use an WD passport as an external back up and retrieved my itunes library but now get the message "could not be used because the original file could not be found. Would you like to locate it?" so itunes is not recognised the exclamation marked songs, how do i get the retrieved files recognised. At times I get fed-up with Apple blocking files being used, although I like the product its restrictions are so silly!

You not only have to retrieve the library file from the backup drive but the actual music files (usually stored within the "iTunes Media" folder) as well.

How do I create a URL to filter a view when the value I have from list one is the ID that was used by list 2 to pull in the list 1 title?

My list "Tasks" has an record with Title = "Build SSIS for Duke Energy" and its ID is 1. Then I have a list "Journal" where I have tracked entries related to the progress of the task. When I create the Journal entries I passed
in the ID of the task 1 which then pulled the title into the Journal's Associated task lookup column. Now I'd like to have a column in the Tasks list that would have a URL to take me to all journal entries related to the Task. But passing in the ID 1 of the
task does not work.
If the lookup column has the actual Title from the task in all the time and it is not dynamically pulled every time the list is queried shouldn't I be able to filter on the Title e.g. "Build
SSIS for Duke Energy"

I ended up going with a workflow to build the URL and sending the title to the look-up column.
I tried the script at that site and ran into several problems. It didn't work with views that were grouped, the calculated links did not show on the edit and view forms. I assume those forms would have to be changed to run the script also.
In addition to, I have to add a CEWP to each view and I was also losing the "Items" and "List" options (next to "Browse") from the ribbon until I clicked around in the list.
What are the downfalls of a workflow? I ask because many people default to using a similar TextToHTML script like you mentioned.

I cannot access the Verizon Messages app from any computer. The message app works fine across my phone and tablets but I cannot use it on my desktop.

When you use icloud to back up your iPhone does it delete the camera roll after 30 days or just the photo stream?

I have my phone backed up to icloud but for unnamed reasons I cannot restore from icloud back up at the moment. I'm worried about my pictures. Will the back up of the camera roll delete after 30 days or is that just the photo stream?

Keep in mind, pictures showing in PhotoStream does not mean they will be there when a new device is added, only that they have been downloaded by the device they are displaying on.
In other words, if a new iDevice is added to the account, it will only download the last 1,000 pictures taken in the last 30 days, not every picture showing on other iDevices in PhotoStream.

I was using vector method in stem graph so now for Surface graph i have thought that i have to make matrics of 10240x10240 and its diagonal elements should be my Z co0ordiants.

For the annotations to display on the photo in iPhoto you must setup Preview as the external editor in iPhoto via iPhoto's Advanced preference pane.
After adding the annotations just do a Save. iPhoto will then recognize the change via a new modified version. You can revert to the original at any time if you want to get rid of the text.
