I bought a iPad mini and a smart case for iPad mini in Regent Street, which were cost 374 pounds, BUT your company deducting twice of money from my account, for this problem i have already contect with your service, until now no one repply the email for me and no many back to my account. I NEED MY MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!!! and also you need to reparation my loss, including the phone bills and my bank unplanned O/D fees because of this money you spend from my account lead to my account was overdraft, and i can show you all the information that i describe to you. PLEASE GIVE ME RESPONDS!

You can download whatever you want by signing into your own account, but what ever was previously installed with the other account will be forever associated with that account. If the device is jail broken - and the message is that the iPad is not eligible for the requested build - there are tons of articles on the internet that discuss how to fix the iPad. Use Google.

You can only purchase from the App Store in the country in which you are located and you must have a valid credit card that is registered to an address within that county. If you bought the iPad in China, but you live in another country, you have to change to your country's App Store.
Go to the App Store and tap on the featured tab. Swipe to the bottom and tap on your Apple ID. Them tap on View Apple ID. Enter your password. Go down to Country/Region and change the store to your country's App Store in that Setting. -

If something is too good to be true it probably is. As Jonathan says, you are most likely in possession of stolen merchandise (seriously if you had an expensive electronic to sell would YOU sell it on a street corner where it's an untracable cash transaction or would you sell it online or to a retail place for store credit?)

I bought a IPad Mini in January and cable just started going bad 2 days ago.
I bought a iPad Mini in January and the lightning charging cable is having issues very sensitive and will stop charge if moved to much.theres no sign of damage on the cord and it doesnt get bent. so is this a common thing with these cables? it seems to be loose by the neck of the lightning pin it just started 2 days ago. thought it was my power sources, though now I've confirmed it's the cable that's loose. does anyone else have this issue? does anyone have a suggestion for a better cable that's durable? I have seen a lightning cable flat wire, which seems to be a better choice. though I'm not sure. it needs to be durable and long it seems to be hard to find the best one. so any suggestions?
why dont they make other types of offical Apple lighting cords is that so hard? Theres ones out there by other companys who have made the lightning cord wire thicker and more durable, its like the choices at the moment are keep getting a replacement cord from Apple until (A) you get one that stays working or (B) the year warrenty run out and your forced to buy a new cord..... well I'll be on route to contacting apple for a replacement cord and pray and hope that I get to stick to plan (A) I thank all who have replied. though I have a new question to the community before this topic gets solved or closed. How does the replacement thing work with Apple? I just need a new cord I have the online receipt for the Ipad mini purchase, they don't need my iPad mini too right? its just the cord that gets sent to them, then they send me another? and is there any suggestions on what to do with the new cord coming to make it last a long time? headphone tubing, tape etc. Any suggestions would be helpful. I bought an iPad in June 2012 and have it worked fine, but after 2 weeks of purchase, he began to hang up, then the sound disappeared and the screen became black. I updated all through iTunes, but the sound is still absent, and still problem with sound and iPad still doesnt work.
Take it to an Apple Store for evaluation.

If you enter your password on the ipad too many times and your sim card locks, is there a way of recovery without replacing the sim card?
That doesn't lock the SIM card, it just locks you out of the device.
If you forgot (or don't know) your passcode, restore the device from backup on the last computer it was synced with when the passcode was turned on... this will remove the passcode. If you do not have access to the last computer it was synced with, you will have to force it into recovery mode & restore as a new device.

I have just connected my Ipad to my mac and went to upload all the pics from my mac onto my ipad but doing so it has overwrote everything on my ipad and therefore the pics on my ipad have gone!!!
Help - I have tried the restore but it didn't put back my photos it just started to sync the ones that had overwrote my old ones!!!I took the orginal photos on my iphone over the past couple of years and bit by bit i uploaded them onto my sony lap top in albums... Nothing to do with itunes...
A few months ago as my laptop didn't seem as reliable so i uploaded all the pics onto my ipad from my laptop, it was today where i thought i will upload more from my phone onto the mac then onto my ipad but insted it overwrote all the pics on my ipad.
I had tried to do the back up and it didnt work the photos were lost.
Then my ipad later today was driving me insane and wouldnt delete any of the pics so i just restrored it back to factory settings.
My laptop has had issues so i have in restored all that to.
I will now in the future just upload from my phone straight to my mac and not mess about wanting pics on my ipad.
I appricate your help but i am pretty sure i have lost all of my photos... My kids 1st day at school the lot... -
