How can I reset logs on my IDs, cause I bought other iPad and now is showing that my acount is register to other device and I have to wait xx days to do that?

Photos on the camera roll can be included in an icloud backup from an iOS device (if camera roll is turned on). But getting the photos back from a backup is risky. Many users have performed restore operations from a backup only to discover the photos were not returned. icloud is primarily used to sync photos to other devices using photo stream - but only new photos taken after the stream is turned on in Settings>icloud will actually be synced, not old photos.
Settings>icloud>Storage & Backups>Manage Storage, tap the device's name and on the next screen, be sure Camera Roll is turned on.
IMPORTANT...
Photos should be regularly synced to a computer (like you store photos from a digital camera) using either USB via iTunes (on a mac use iPhoto or Aperture to move them to an album). You can then sync the photos to the iPad.

I think the problem lays with Last.fm. I had the same exact problem as you. In your processes screen, end the task "lastfmhelper.exe" Last.fm still scrobbles. The tracks don't skip, although I notice there is still a bit of a lag in the first part of the song - but if you can deal with that, no skipping. I think you will have to end that task everytime you boot up your computer, or uninstall last.fm completely until they fix it; it is a bug in their software, as opposed to iTunes.

Create a new ID:
On the iPod go to
- Settings>Messages>Send and receive and sign out your ID and sign into the other one. Make sure that only her ID email address is listed.
- Settings>FaceTime sign out of your ID and sign into the other one. Make sure that under You can be reached at only the newID email address is listed
- Settings>iCloud and sign out and sign in with the new one
- Settings>iTunes and App Store and sign out your ID and sign in with the new one.
- Apps are locked to the account that purchased them.
- To update apps you have to sign into the account that purchased the apps. If you have apps that need updating purchased from more than one account you have to update them one at a time until the remaining apps were purchased from one account.

Turn off My PhotoStream in iCloud on both the iPad and the Mac. PhotoStream is what shares your photos (unless you are using iCloud Photo Library Beta, in which case, all photos uploaded are accessible from all devices signed onto the same Apple/iCloud ID).

If you are using Safari as a web browser :-
Open Safari, go to Safari menu > Preferences > General, and put Google as the homepage. Then, choose Google as your default search engine.
If you are using Google Chrome as the web browser :-
Open Google Chrome.
In the top right corner of the page, click the Chrome menu Chrome menu > Settings.
In the "Search" section, select Google from the drop-down menu.

For your addressbook, export the files to vCard on the PowerMac, then bring them over to your Mac Pro. For your iPhoto, copy the Users -> yourname -> Pictures folder to your Desktop on the Mac Pro, and open iPhoto on the Mac Pro holding the command and option keys. Select the library file from that Pictures folder and open it. It should import all the pictures into iPhoto as part of the rebuild process. If you have already set up the iPad and activated it - You have to restore from the iCloud backup which entails totally erasing the device and then setting it up again from the iCloud backup.

I have changed my Apple ID when I got a new email address and confirmed it. However when I go to my iPad to buy an app my old Apple ID comes up and will not recognize the password. I tried going into the settings on my iPad and tapping on the old Apple ID to go in to change it but it will not recognize it and I cannot get in on the iPad to change it. I really love my itouch but anything beyond using it as a daytimer, camera and note keeper is shear torture.

I search for a solution to a problem, such as, "How do I download an audiobook" - I get a web page of all the things that itouch can do, but no instructions on how to do them.

Have you checked to see whether it's in the Music app (iTunes on the iPad it just the store, it doesn't contain your downloaded and synced content) ? When you have audiobooks on an iPad you will get an Audiobooks option under the More button at the bottom of the Music app.
Note that audiobooks are currently a one-time only download from the store (so they won't appear in the Purchased tab for re-downloading), so you may want to copy it to your computer's iTunes via File > Devices > Transfer Purchases so that you can take a backup copy of it - it should copy over to the Books part of your iTunes library.

I bought a new computer but the Adobe Download Manager will not allow me to download software?

I have already installed software onto two computers - a laptop and desktop, but now I have a bought a new desktop computer (imac), and I cannot get the Adobe Download Manager to download the software onto it. I have deleted the Adobe Cloud software from the old computer, and have the Adobe Download Manager (that works fine on the laptop) on the new desk computer, but it will not allow me to download anything other than trials with a 30 day limit. I am paying my monthly Adobe Cloud sub so getting very frustrated.

I know... I deleted and then realised I should have uninstalled. Stupid of me.
However, maybe people at Adobe read this or something, cos it has suddenly started working fine.
