I bought my ipad3 in the Philippines and have my settings, after 5months of usage my ipad3 is asking for an update "ios6". I updated it in japan because im working here. After updating i cannot install or update all my apps and whenever i try this statement appears "your account is not valid for use in the japanese store. You must switch to the philippine store before purchasing. What should i do? Do i need to come back to the phil store every time i update?
Before when its still ios5 i can still download and enjoy apps even here in japan, but now after updating ios6 here, its stock, itunes store no more use from me.

Soft reset ipad
Hard reset ipad
logout of itune store and login

All these doesn't work and the problem keeps coming back again. This is frustrating that Apple would release an update like this that would break my ipad air. On top of that, quite a lot of app are not working eg zinio, evernote. My ipad air has been in this mode eversince the update release and i had mostly given up to resolve it. After updating ios6 I can't access my downloaded iTunesU videos anymore. They come up in search but video app says 'no videos'. I have the new iPad and the latest version of iTunesU. How can I get the video app working with the iTunesU again?
I have a similar problem with ITunesU, I used to be able to access them from my car dock, but now they dont appear and the fwd/back buttons on the steering wheel wont affect them.
It seems taking them from ITunes into their own app has confused many other applications or dock connectors. Im going to try and remove the ITunesU app as I dont want to have lost the extra functionality -
I cannot install an update on Photoshop 11 because it says I have programs running that must be closed. I have no programs running and I have restarted my computer twice and am unable to install this update. Also, I need the update because the tutorial for 11 shows a completely different screen than I have on my version of 11. Please advise.
Garbage which operating system are you using? Have you tried using the Task Manager/Activity Monitor to close the offending application/process?

I was using firefox 5.0.1 & it was crashing frequently.I removed the installation & tried to reinstall.I getting a window asking for adminstrator password.Even after entering password,firefox was not getting installed
Sorry you are having problems. First of all try Fifrefox's safemode.

Cannot install latest updates for Bridge and Photoshop CC. I get the following message: "Update Failed. The download appears corrupted. U43M1D207."
I have tried to install at different times over three different days with the same result each time. My version of Bridge now no longer shows DNG files except as an icon. The update is supposed to install Camera Raw version 9.I had the 204 version of your error using the direct download links proved on this thread solved my problem.. hope you have same success... had to log off/in cloud manager before it showed all apps updated

When I upload an app, it asks for my password, then says it's incorrect. When I reset it (after 3 tries) and put in the new one, it still says it is incorrect. What am I doing wrong?
I assume that you meant that you reset the password three times. Did you receive any verification that the new password was accepted?
Sign out of you account, restart the iPad and sign in again. Settings>Store>Apple ID - tap the ID and sign out.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>Store>Sign in again. -

Reset the phone (no data loss): Press both the home and power buttons for at least 10 seconds, releasing when the Apple logo appears. After the phone restarts, try updating again.

Hi..I have just recently got an iPhone and I had installed some apps already but now when I try to install and download any apps it just sits there on "waiting" and will not download.. Im able to erase it but no apps will download now. I have tried logging out of the app store but it still did the same thing. I also tried resetting it and that didn't work either. I updated my ipad to iOS 6 yesterday and it worked immediately after updating my ipad worked as it should. I left and came back in about 4 hours and have a black screen. When I press the on off button nothing happens. Help.
Assuming that the battery isn't empty (and it can take up to 15 minutes of charging before it will respond), then have you tried a reset ? Press and hold both the sleep/on/off and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds, after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

after upgrade to mavericks: time machine keeps asking for my back up disk and won't open unless i plug in the disk. any solutions?
before the upgrade, i could open time machine without the need for having the back up disk plugged in.Ok. I got it to work, sort of....
As I mentioned before I tried the "disk password" and the "Time capsule Password" options to see if I can start the back up again or start a new backup. Neither worked. So I tried the firmware down grade, but like you said that did not work. I then decided to try the "Account password" option and I have never used this option before becasue it states that if there is data on the drive it would not be acessable after creating an account. Since I wiped out the disk that was nno problem. When I created the new account and choose the drive it asked for the user name and password. I entered the info for the new account I just created(FYI this has nothing to do with your login username and password), bingo! It worked!
Now I have two partitions on the TC disk. The old one and now the new account. I am guessing this is to be used if I have multiple computers, which I don't.
I any case, I am going to wipe out everything again and try again to do a backup the way I had it before. -
