I bought Studio MX in 2006. I have the CD and the serial Num. but when I tried to reinstall it, it would not recognize the serial number. I registered the product in 06. Back then it was called macromedia.

MX 2006 is so old it's no longer supported. See if this helps you.

If it is there, then drag your existing iPhoto app (not the library, just the app) to the trash
Install the App from the App Store.
Sometimes iPhoto is not visible on the Purchases List. it may be hidden. See this article for details on how to unhide it.

iPhoto the application and the iPhoto Library are two different parts of the iPhoto programme. So, reinstalling the app should not affect the Library. BUT you should always have a back up before doing this kind of work. Always. -
I have installed adobe reader onto my Mac but when I open up an adobe pdf it tells me that i need to accept the end user license agreement, quite, and then open up a new browser but i have never seen the end user license agreement. What should I do in order to accept the end user license agreement even though it never pops up when i install adobe reader?
Make sure Readr is closed. Go to the Applications form, look for the Adobe Reader icon, double click on it, and follow the lead. Restart Reader when finished.

I have downloaded the Adobe CC free trial. But when I tried to use the photoshop, it always tells me the photoshop was not working and will be closed. What did I do wrong ? I like to try it before I buy. Help, please !
Could you go to (in Photoshop) Help>System Info>Copy and paste here in its entirety? Also, if there is a crash report paste it here as well.

I have paid full membership 3 days ago but when i tried to open AI, PS and ID it still prompt me to enter serial no. I have talked to like 3 different customer service but still no solution and they kept asking me to wait. Someone told me to alter the hosts file from the forum but I don't see any hosts file from adobe, how do i alter the hosts file then? Why should I pay so much just for this kind of service? I will tell you honestly. I have tried almost everything to fix the issues. I even tried to call Adobe Technical Support so I can fix the activation issue but no answer after waiting for about an hour on the line. I ask the chat but they just kept saying wait for another 24 hrs it should be updated now it has been about 4 days and no changes. I am extremely frustrated to cause I need to work on my computer. So where can I get help? they prompt me to here btw, many many times.

Do I have to buy Acrobat before I can get Adobe Reader? I have an ID and password for Adobe, but when I try to download Adobe Reader it asks me for a password I don't have.

You do. Your system is either Windows or Mac (or maybe a couple of other less popular choices) and a version of one or the other.
When you set up your machine, you were asked for an administrator user name and password. You need both of these to install software. -

okay so my cousin downloaded a bunch of songs to my ipod and i couldnt listen to them so i decided to sync my ipod, i thought everything went well but i guess i was wrong because i saved all my apps to my laptop and my music also. but now i cant get any of it back on my ipod it says i have to authorize my computer so when i go to itunes and attempt to authorize my laptop it doesnt give me that option ive tried everything someone please help thanks...

Attempted to update iTunes on January 23rd and it appeared to install properly. When I tried to open iTunes on January 24th, it would not open and gave me an error message that said "iTunes was not installed correctly. Please reinstall iTunes. Error 7 (Windows error 126)" I then tried to reintall iTunes and it again appeared to install properly but when it attempted to open, I was given the same error message.
Taken at face value, you're having trouble with an Apple Application Support program file there. (Apple Application Support is where single copies of program files used by multiple different Apple programs are kept.)
Let's try something relatively simple first. Restart the PC. If you're using Vista or 7,now head into your Uninstall a program control panel, select "Apple Application Support" and then click "Repair". If you're using XP,head into your Add or Remove Programs control panel, select "Apple Application Support", click "Change" and then click "Repair".
If no joy after that, try the more rigorous uninstall/reinstall procedure from the following post. (If you've got XP, although the procedure is for Vista and 7, just read "Computer" as "My Computer", read "Uninstall a program control panel" as "Add or Remove programs control panel" and assume the system is 32-bit, and you'll be doing the right things.)

Do other devices now connect?
Did the iOS device connect before?
Try the following to rule out a software problem:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Power off and then back on your router
.- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
- iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections
- Wi-Fi: Unable to connect to an 802.11n Wi-Fi network
- iOS: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem and it does not connect to any networks make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.
