i am using IOS7. Prior to IOS7, i was able to see all the information i included in my contacts such as the membership number of Enterprise car rental. After loading IOS7, i pulled up the Enterprise contact and didn't see the membership number. Only after i hit edit to put the number in the Title section was i able to see that the membership number was already present in the Title section; it just doesn't show up when the contact is pulled up. I have noticed this same issue with other contacts such as my airline membership contacts. Has anyone experienced this problem and how did you fix it?

Complelely independently, you have a Contacts app with a contacts list. It sounds like your contacts list has 3 names on it. You need to add a few names.

open Iphoto on your pc and on the top right corner check if there is somthing spinning or/and says downloading

I can only see some of the information of my Facebook friends in my Contacts. For example, a friend has a birthday today. I received an email that she and another friend have birthdays this week. I received a notification on my iPhone and iPad that her birthday was today. It was never displayed in my Notification Center or Calendar beforhand, like it's displayed for other friend's (for other friends, it's displayed in the Notification Center, with the Calendar icon, 1 day before). I looked at every setting I could think of and the Help pages on Facebook. Nothing is working. My friend with the birthday today has her birthday openly listed on her Profile information on her Facebook page. In my contacts, her Facebook email (the one Facebook assigns you when you join) is listed. However her picture and birthday are not listed. I displayed my Facebook Contacts only, and roughly 20 showed up and not the rest. It's like the devices are not recognizing those people and putting their information in the respective places. I have an iPad 3rd Gen, iPhone 5, and MacBook Pro (purchased in January 2013. I hope that helps) and ALL the software updates are current. Can anyone help? Also, my MacBook cannot access my Contacts from Yahoo. Despite my typing in the correct password repeatedly as well as deleting and adding the Yahoo account again. Only when i go to a different browser (like IE) after i clear it , then all that shows up is the pages i visited in IE , that is what bugs me , why is IE browsing history sowing up in Firefox ??

Can't See 9600M Information in System Profiler

Hello,
I have a 15" 2.53 MBP bought refurbished in 2009. I was looking through my System Profiler today and realized I can only see the 9400M in the Graphics/Display section, the 9600 isn't anywhere to be found.
I have the option to switch to "Performance Mode" in the energy saver preferences and I'm pretty sure I remember seeing information about the 9600M (been a while since I looked) in the system profiler before. Has anyone run into this before?

Did you received any kernel panic since downgrading to 10.6? Mine don't appear until I upgrade from 1.6.2 to a newer version.
I completely wiped out my system and reinstalled the OS to see if it would be a third party vulnerability, but the error also occurs with default Apple software.
So I'm convinced that it must be a Apple software bug, because my machine runs great on < 10.6.3.
Not long ago I upgraded to 10.6.6 in the hope Apple have fixed it, but unfortunately the KP reappeared after clicking 'Shut Down...' from the apple menu. And again I'm keep sending rapports almost daily to Apple...
When I downgraded my system from 10.6.4 to 10.6.2 the energy saver preferences didn't listed the high-performance NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GT graphics card, only the 9600M. But this was only then. When I downgraded from 10.6.0 to 10.6.2 it was back listed again.

Welcome to the Support Communities!
With the Mail app open on your iPhone, notice which email account is showing in the top left corner of your screen. Tap on that mailbox and you should be taken back to the main MAILBOXES window. See the picture below:
If you tap the Edit button in the top right corner of your screen you will see a list including "All Inboxes" and "Unread." Make sure there is a blue circle with a checkmark to the left of all of these.

Can only see New apps in iPad app store

Seems kind of pointless to search for apps on the iPad app store, when it will only show you the "new" ones. When I choose any category, then click the show all button, I don't get all, just the "new" ones ... never more than about 97 or so. searching the same category in iTunes for just iPad apps will almost always yield far more choices. for example I can only see about 97 utilities for the iPad from my iPad app store, but in iTunes there are 260 choices. They aren't iPhone apps either. Another example, if I show the games category on the iPad I can only see 27 New and Noteworthy apps, and 24 What's hot apps. No more. In iTunes I have an additional option of a subcategory, for example Action, there are 200 games released for iPad since March 31st available in that one category.
Not sure if I have a preference set wrong, it's just a bug, or if someone just wasn't thinking. Mayabe it's a bandwidth thing, but at least give me the subcategories or let me see the "next" 50.

Why should I be forced to use iTunes to see all of the apps? The iPad app store should see everything just like iTunes.. This isn't an iPhone.
At least the link is some what helpful although quite slow going back and forth to app store to get details.

10.5.8 iCal clients can't see additional Wiki Calendars

We just implemented a company wide iCal Server solution on 10.6.3 server (although just updated to 10.6.4 with no difference).
Most of our clients are 10.5.8 (iCal 3.0.8 - 1287). We've setup about 4 or 5 wikis, each with calendars and setup each user's iCal with additional CalDAV accounts for each Wiki Calendar, with URLs in the form of
http://server.example.com:8008/principals/_uids_/wiki-<wikiname>/
Now, within each Wiki/Group Calendar account, there might be multiple calendars. It seems that 10.5.8 clients can only see events in ONE of these calendars, whereas 10.6.x clients can see everything! User credentials seem irrelevant, it's just down to the OS/iCal version.
At first, I thought it might just be the primary calendar (/calendars/_uids_/wiki-<wikiname>/calendar) as opposed to the secondary ones (/calendars/_uids_/wiki-<wikiname>/87263455-a895-dfg3-23456789). However, even that is not the case. I can't seem to find any pattern to dictate why some show and some don't.
Now these 10.5.8 users can create events in the calendar whose events they can't see, but then others can't see those events. I've dug around in /Library/CalendarServer but I can't seem to find anything about event level ACLs. Am I misunderstanding how this should work? Is this a limitation of 10.5.8 iCal? Is anyone else experiencing this?

I'll just add that when users view the calendars via the web, all events show up perfectly.

When I search the store for 'Comedy Bang Bang', on the results screen I get :
To the far right of the Podcast Episodes heading is a 'see all' button/link. Or clicking on the podcast name above it takes me to that podcast's episodes.
On the list for that particular podcast I see whitespace if I scroll down the screen too quickly, but scrolling back gets them to (slowly) appear.

Gonna go out on a limb here and say it's probably user error.

Third party app can only see but not use library after current update

An application that has been using the iTunes library to play music from play lists can no longer read and use the library but can only see the library. This is happening since running the iTunes update to 12. I have corrected the problem by reloading maverick and loading music into iTunes after a fresh install. The app works again with a fresh mavericks install. So, now what is the order of operations to backdate to an earlier version of iTunes? My library can no longer be read by the mavericks install as it has been updated by iTunes 12.
I am using an external drive FYI.
I was thinking I would use the mavericks install and create a new library on the external and move the music folder to the same directory and then add the whole directory. Then one by one import the play lists.
I don't know what to do about the artwork directory? Do I move it and replace the same folder in the new mavericks library directory? Will the above process complicate the assignments?
If apple reads this... The version update that did away with coverflow was the beginning of iTunes decline. It wasn't broke. It was close enough to perfect as a library management tool. You should make the next version closer to that one.

I had a similar problem when trying to install Zinio.air. I have made it all work out. What i did was remove Adobe Air 15 entirely from the Utiliites and Library/ accounts and preferences. I then downloaded Adobe Air 13 and installed and then clicked on Zinio .air and it all installed ok. I also had to temporarily change security settings from Apple approved to Anywhere. All functioning now.

Where is "Structure" under Insert in Dreamweaver, I can only see "Layout"?

Can anyone tell me why I cannot see the menu with Structure under Insert in Dreamweaver, and can only see one with Layout? Any help appreciated on this. I am trying to follow the Dreamweaver tutorial "Make your first website", and am stuck on "Create the page structure" (Part 2)- as the drop down menus in the online tutorial are different to those on the Dreamweaver site that I can see on my Mac OS X 10.6.8
The tutorial instructs to find Structure in Insert but I can only see a function labelled Layout.
I managed to find a way of locating 'div' but there is not a Header in the drop down menu in Insert.
There is a list of Spry options but these are quite different to the list given in the tutorial.
Please can anyone help with pointing to where I can find the function to make a Header (as it is called in the tutorial).

Layout and Structure are the same tab (Category). Layout was renamed to Structure after CS6 if I'm not mistaken. See below:

MacBooks Pros don't run iOS.
It might help if you changed the browser or check if the Java or Flash versions are current.
Contact Outlook.com and ask them which Mac web browsers are most compatible.
And inform them that http://www.anybrowser.org/ has instructions on how to make websites browser platform agnostic.
