I can't download illustartor cs6 as part of my master collection trial. Whenever i try to re install this error message comes up saying that language pack couldnt be installed.

Can you please provide the exact error message you are receiving?  Also which operating system are you utilizing?

    I've been trying to download the CS6 Master Collection trial on WinXP SP 3 using either IE7 / Firefox 14.0.1 with no success.
    Adobe Download Assistant launched successfully and I could log on.  However, every time I choose to download CS6, I got this error message:
    Error downloading this product (Error 109).  Check your network connection or destination disk.  You can also use the "Reset product download" button to try to download the product again.
    I've tried everything in the faq (e.g. deleting Documents and Settings\<userid>\Application Data\com.adobe.downloadassistant.AdobeDownloadAssistant\Local Store) with no success.
    I've 55GB of disk space left, so disk space is not an issue.
    Please help!

    Scarletdaisies you can download the installation files for Flash CS6 from http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/cs6-product-downloads.html.  You can then choose to install the software in trial mode.
