I can´t download Premiere Pro and it wont appear on creative cloud

I was looking for a good software to download because I recently went to a trip and I recorded a lot of footage so I wanted to edit that and make it just  one video (I use Windows 7). So I looked for After effects first, I downloaded Creative Cloud but I couldn´t find the After Effects app so I downloaded Prelude. While I was using Prelude, I looked for more information on how to use it and I realized that I must have Premiere Pro, and I am kind of familiar with the software so I said "why not?" When I looked for it I couldn´t find it on Creative Cloud either and I don´t know why. I already tried to look for FAQs and nothing answers my question and I want to know if any of you have the same problem.

  • Must i uninstall premier pro trial version before i can use the premiere pro ii just bought under the creative cloud business package?

    I had the trial for premier pro. It expired and yesterday I bought the creative cloud business package.
    In the creative cloud desktop app, under premier pro, it says trial expired, and the only option across from it, is to buy. But I already bought the package yesterday, why doesn't it say download or install?
    If I click premier pro it takes me to a box looking for a redemption code? Do I need a redemption code,, if so how to I get one, was it emailed to me?
    Should I uninstall the premier pro I have on the computer at the moment, before I can download the one I just bought? As next to premier pro in manage application it gives an option to uninstall.. I thought it could just unlock the version I have rather then needing to uninstall it and download it again?
    Any help would be greatly appreciated, please

    Hi Derek,
    I can see that you have purchased Creative Cloud for Teams subscription. You will need to invite and accept the invite before you can carry on using the product as a ful version. I can also see that you have sent the invitation to an email address but that invitation has not yet been accepted . If thats the same email address you wish to use , kindly accept the invitation and use the same email address to login to your Creative Cloud Desktop application.

  • Can't download Premiere Pro and After Effects

    I have downloaded the Adobe Application Manager and it lists 13 applications, but it does not list Premiere Pro or After Effects.
    I went back to the download apps page and I click on Premiere Pro but the nav bar at the bottom just says aam://SAPCode=PPRO but nothing happens.
    I assume it is referencing the Application Manager but the program is not listed.
    At the side of the AAM it says 13 programs listed, but on the applications page there are 17 programs.
    Is there any other way to download the application?
    Can I just go to the Premiere Pro page and download the app as an Adobe Cloud member?

    Here's what you do to get Premiere CS6 + Encore:
    Just click here (it's the same link as the more information link in CC.)
    or
    Go to your Creative Cloud application (on the menu bar) and go to Adobe Premiere CC and click more information
    There is a dropdown menu that says "Adobe Premiere Pro CC" near the top.
    Click it and the other option is "Adobe Premiere Pro CS6."  Select that.
    Now on the top right corner of the page it has a download button that says "Download Adobe Premiere Pro CS6."
    It is included in your CC subscription.
    However, a word of warning, you cannot use Adobe Dynamic Link to link to a Premiere CC sequence directly in Encore.  A CS6 sequence still works fine, but if you have a CC project, you will need to encode your sequence into a DVD friendly format (MPEG2 file).  I'm really hoping that Adobe changes this in their upcoming release, and just adds the ability to import CC sequences into Encore, then I would be fine with them not including it in the normal CC package, or updating it.  But I haven't seen anything about it in the release notes.
    A lot of people still want their DVDs and it's a lot easier to just dynamically link the sequence.

  • CAN'T DOWNLOAD PREMIERE PRO:  it says there was an error loading the app.  anyone?

    I was downloading the AE update. I had AE open. it told me to close AE. I did. It then said, "finishing downloading".  The new AE version never did download. Instead when I go to my adobe apps it says 'error loading", then offers me the chance to "retry" but when I click that, nothing happens.  The reason I needed the latest update of AE is b/c I couldn't do any roundtripping between Pr Pro and After Effects, so I decided to uninstall Premiere Pro and reinstall it to see if it would solve the problem. 
    Now I can't access pr pro and the AE update!!  Argh.
    Help!

    I use Adobe ProTools for off line installers.
    You can get everything there. Programs, updates. It takes a bit of learning with how to utilize the resources properly, but all the instructions are there and if you are able to follow it works well.
    One reason I use that rather then the Creative Cloud update app is because my machine is offline.
    Second reason i use I use it is because of update errors such as you have found. I spent more time with trying to get CC to update then it was worth and found with Adobe ProTools things worked for me so much better.
    If you get frustrated with that update error and failure, there is another method, just takes a little learning to make it work.

  • Premiere Pro is not included in my Creative Cloud

    I scrolled and skimmed 5x thinking I was just overlooking - nope.
    I head to the site, I see that I can download it from the site. I click the download button. It prompts the opening of Creative Cloud app on desktop as if it is about to update on it and say it is "downloading"....
    But nothing happens.
    I tried this 3 more times.
    THIS is why I was scared to commit to Creative Cloud - hard copies are a MUST especially if downloads and internet problems happen.
    Anyone have a solution? Or am I missing something? Maybe something needs to be disabled, checked....etc?
    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Once you have the Creative Cloud desktop application installed, you should have an Apps tab where you can choose applications to try or install. Screenshots of what you're seeing might help.

    I downloaded all the available appls when I first started my subscription but Premiere Pro was not available then. When I try to download it now, AAM starts but does not list Premiere Pro. It only lists the original 14 applications.

    Please check with the version of Adobe Application Manager installed on your computer.
    Latest version of AAM should be 6.2
    Please try to install latest versionof adobe application manager via this

  • Unable to update Premiere Pro 2014.0 to 2014.1 - Creative Cloud says it's 'up to date' (Mac - Yosemite)

    I have a creative cloud subscription and two computers. One at the office, and one at home.
    I started a project at the office and wanted to finish it at home. But Premiere Pro won't open the project at home because it says it was created with a higher version of the app. But it says I have the latest version.
    When I go to 'About Premiere' menu, it says I have version 2014.0, but at the office says 2014.1. I've tried logging out form CC, restarting the imac and logging in back. I've tried uninstalling every adobe app and reinstalling, but each time I get the 2014.0 version installed.
    Please help. Thank you in advance.

    Yes, you can download CS6 apps from the Download Center on creative.adobe.com. Click any app icon. From the product download page, for instance Illustrator, look for the heading "In this version" and click the version pop-up menu beneath it to select CC or CS6. The big blue Download button at the top of the page changes to "Download CS6".
    Note: It is fine to have both CS6 and CC apps on your computer. Some users require mutliple versions for different clients, etc. Its a personal preference, but in no way is a requirement to uninstall your CS6 apps in order to install CC apps.
    Tip: From the Creative Cloud destop app, click the "More Information" link under any app to be taken directly to the product download page.

    Go into your CC Desktop app: Find new apps, change "All" to "Previous Version".
    Click on Install next to Photoshop and CS6 will be an option.

    My creative cloud files have all been deleted on my machine, all put in the trash (not by me!) I've recovered some but I want to download everything from the creative cloud server before I sync again.  is there anyway to do this? or do I have to download every single file individually, which would take hours......
    I can see all my files on the cloud server but can't figure out why it has dumped all my local files in the trash.

    Just to add that, I had exactly the same issue this morning, so it is certainly a more widespread problem rather than an isolated case.
    For Adobe's benefit, here's a summary of what happened for me:
    All cloud files automatically moved to trash on turning my computer on and auto syncing. All folders remained, but empty.
    Files still existed online through the browser, in the Files section and had not been put into Archive.
    When I got home to my personal Mac, the exact same situation happened as above. Though I made sure to do a backup before connecting to wifi and allowing it to sync!
    Tried signing out and deleting the Creative Cloud files folder, then signing in again, hoping it would re-sync and create all my files again to match what was online, but it just created the directory of empty folders again.
    Was on a call with support for an hour which was painful, with them taking control of my screen but having no idea what to do to fix it.
    As with you guys, I'd like to download all my files again (not including Archive), but as a batch and not one by one online! Hopefully the sync will fix and download the lot again automatically.
    Have you worked out what's wrong yet Adobe?
