I can't find face time

Hi
I bought an I phone 4 (factory unlocked)and the minute I connected it to I tunes it requested me to update the software which I did, it works perfectly my only problem is there is no face time and no enable face time under my number in phone setting too its just not there ??
What can I do ??

I'm in Jordan and all my friends whom I did their phone setting for them are using it and its perfect
Its allowed and activated here.
I even tried today to erase I phone and restore as I read that in one of the threads but the same it didn't work!

There is no Siri "icon". You access Siri using the Home button. But you may need to turn it on: Settings App > General > Siri. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4992

My guess is your iPhone is from some Arab country (such as UAE) that prohibits FaceTime. If this is true, FaceTime will never appear on that iPhone.

Another possibility is that the device was purchased in a country where FaceTime is restricted, like many Middle Eastern countries. If purchased in one such country, there is no way to add FaceTime, even if you move to a country where it is not restricted. You would need a device that originated from a country where it is allowed. Also, if you reside in a country where it is banned, but purchase an iPhone or iPad that was imported, you will not be able to use it while in that country once you insert a local SIM card.

I'd suggest you consider a cloud-based file sharing service such as Dropbox for this sort of use. iOS is not designed to be synched with more than one iTunes library at a time, so attempting to use it as you describe, connecting a single iPad to multiple computers, almost certainly won't work as you intend and is likely to cause nothing but headaches.

Moved my iTunes library to my new 2TB time capsule, now iTunes can't find the Time Capsule.

Had my iTunes library on my older 1TB Time Capsule. Just bought a 2TB Time Capsule. Moved all the music from the old to the new. But, iTunes tells me now it can't find the server. I've checked the location of the library on the iTunes preferences, to point iTunes to my server. I keep getting an error message that iTunes can't find my server. I've already added the folder on the server to my login preferences, like it was with the older Time Capsule.
I did everything exactly as before but now iTunes can't find my Time Capsule.
Should I have just pointed the login to the server and not the exact folder? I've been working on the solution for an hour now.. Please, can someone here help me?
