Do you mean the Bookmarks Menu button on the Navigation Toolbar?
You only see that button if the menu bar is hidden.

(1) Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility installer file (msicuu2.exe) from the following Major Geeks page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page).

After clicking one of the circled links, you should be taken to another page, and after a few seconds you should see a download dialog appear for the msicuu2.exe file. Here's a screenshot of what it looks like for me in Firefox:
Choose to Save the file. If the dialog box does not appear for you, click the link on the page that says "CLICK HERE IF IT DOES NOT". Here's a screenshot of the page with the relevant link circled:
When the dialog appears, choose to save the file.
(2) Go to the Downloads area for your Web browser. Doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file and follow the prompts to install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. With Firefox 16 (and all previous versions) if I were to right click a direct file link, such as a dropbox mp3, and select "save link as" it would save the mp3 to my computer. Now, however, in Firefox 17 all it does is save the link itself as a several kilobyte html file called "redirect". Other than basic updates of Firefox and all presently installed add-ons, nothing has been changed between when it last worked and now.

Do (or did) you have automatic conversion enabled in the DownloadHelper extension?
You can also try to delete the mimeTypes.rdf file in the Firefox Profile Folder to reset all file actions.

You may have some problems because Apple has not certified that everything works with Windows 8 yet.

When you have a problem with one particular site, a good "first thing to try" is clearing your Firefox cache and deleting your saved cookies for the site.
(1) Bypass Firefox's Cache
Use Ctrl+Shift+r to reload the page fresh from the server.
(You also can clear Firefox's cache completely using:

On the Network mini-tab > Cached Web Content : "Clear Now")
(2) Remove the site's cookies --before trying to log in. View a page on the site, and then use either of these:

Do you have the right boxes checked to sync?

PDF/s is not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged, it was sent as an email attachment and wasnt correctly decoded, how do i fix this?

The PDF's were saved using acrobat 9 pro. they were sent through e-mail as attachments, and they are stored in a network shared folder. our users cannot access the PDF's and i would like to know if this is a simple fix?

You may try first download PDF to the local computer and then try to open.
Also, may i know using which application, you are trying to open the document. Is it Reader /Acrobat and what is current version installed. If you have Reader XI.
The moment you open the PDF document Reader/Acrobat check for damage and tries to fix to some extent. And if the files is corrupted enough, then it through the same message.

Also, I am trying to connect my Mini from the mini-Displayport to the Displayport of my Dell U2410 monitor. If you're unfamiliar with the system log…
Open /Applications/Utilities/Console.
If necessary, choose View > Show Log List.
system.log is at the top of the FILES section.
Try searching it for hot words like DEBUG, FATAL, and aborted.
I've found some discussions that would tend to indicate my errors are postGres related – I'm running OS X server.
