I'm sure they did think of it, but quickly discarded the idea because of the horrendous user experience this causes.

Could you access the answer side.
Could you see the reports.
Do one thing, take a back up of NQS config file from <Oracle Location>\instance\instance1\config\obiserver folder\nqsconfig.ini file.
Copy nqs config file if you have already have a back up.
Restart the services and try once.

Restore the device to factory settings with iTunes.

The iPad pulls 10 Watts of power in order to charge the battery. The USB port on a laptop only puts out 2.5 watts (I may be off on this slightly but I know it is way less then 10) So yes you do need to use the 10 watt wall charger that comes with the iPad to charge it. You can use the 5 watt charger from an iPhone but the iPad will not get to 100% charge and it will really overheat the iPhone wall charger. Only do this in an emergency and keep a close eye on the charger as it will get REALLY REALLY HOT. I only do this when I don't have my iPad wall charger with me and only for about 15 minutes at a time. Then I let the charger cool down for about 15 minutes before I plug it back in.
There is talk that future laptops will have usb ports that can push 100 watts but that is a way down the road I am sure.

Do a Spotlight Search (tap & drag down from the center of the Home Screen) for "notes". It may be hidden in a folder or elswhere. A Spotlight Search will find it. It *cannot* be deleted from the iPad so it's there somewhere.
You can also try to reset the unit to see if it shows up that way:
Device Reset (won't affect settings/data/music/apps/etc)
1. Press and hold (& continue to hold) BOTH the Sleep/Wake button & the Home button.
2. Continue to hold BOTH (ignoring any other messages that may show) until you see the Apple logo on the screen.
3. Release BOTH buttons when you see the Apple logo and allow the device to boot normally.
As a last resort, you can restore your Home Screen's icon layout. The reset all of your icons locations to default and arrange the icons alphabetically from the first free page after the unit's default icons so be prepared if you have you icons setup in a certain order.

Now, I cannot find the Movie Rental screen. It only shows me My Movies, which is one.

The iMac does not include touch screen capability.
With an iMac, you can choose between a Magic Mouse or a Magic Trackpad. If you want both, there is an additional cost.

AOL / Cannot access with my IMac

I recently bought an IMac and had no problem getting my AOL mail with it until a week ago. Now, I cannot even go to aol.com, I get a message saying that "this service is unavailable, try again later" but I can get to aol.com via any PC. Anyone know what I should do to address this? I've already checked my AOL account via a PC and everything seems ok.

Creative Cloud Photography plan is a subscription based service which does not required any serial number or any code.
I would recommend trying the steps mentioned below:
1. Launch the application which says you are in trial mode.
2. On the Creative Cloud application trial screen, click on "License this Software".
3. Sign in with your Adobe ID associated with your Creative Cloud membership.
If this issue still persists then please check the below mentioned link.
When I open my Creative Cloud application it asks me for my serial number?
