I bought a apple tv in USA and I live in Uruguay, I have my apple ID correct and when I put it in the tv and I put the password a message appears telling that the ID is not available in apple or the password is incorrect - the ID is not recognize. Both, my husband and I make two different ID and we get to the same message
And I am incorrect...

I used the wrong password to join my new belkin wifi. Now that I have the correct password, I can not get the to the join screen with the space to type in the password. I continue to get the unable to join message. I have put the touch to sleep and I have turned on and off the wifi and join options on the Network screen page. Does anyone know how to get pass this block of the wrong password to a new page that will allow me to type in the correct password. I see there is a option that asks if I want to reset the network settings.. is that what I should do? and what does it erase when I do that? Thanks for any input anyone has.
Yes. Reset network settings. Head to Settings -> General -> Reset and tap Reset Network Settings.

my phone has stopped connecting to my gmail account.When I click on the mail button it opens and the a message appears that says the user name and password for "imap.gmail.com" is incorrect. My information is correct under settings I have even deleted account and tried to re-set up my gmail account. Still nothing. It had been set up for months and working with no issues.
ATtempt to power off your device and power it back on, if that doesn't work reset all settings should resolve it for you

I cannot open my firefox broswer. The message box appeared that said a problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. Under that there are debug and close program buttons.

Just updated my iphone. Now I can se I have two! iCloud accounts? One of them appears on my phone, and I have forgotten the password. When I try to add the other account, I get the message that this account is already added, but with the name of the first account where there is no available password. I have tried several times to reset the password, bun I don't get the information I need - I have no access to email. What can I do?
Hi, thanks for the suggestion. I have tried as you suggested, and when opening the "purchased" apps some have the icloud logo next to them, but I only have "OPEN" against "Find My iPhone". When opening it up, it goes through the same routine; needs to be updated before proceeding, and wouldn't update because I don't have IOS8.
Anything else I could try, or am I doomed!

Go to Microsoft website to fix install and Unistall problems. Click "Run now" from Fix it to remove all iTunes & related installer files:

Be aware that Windows Installer CleanUp Utility will not remove the actual program from your computer. However, it will remove the installation files so that you can start the installation, upgrade, or uninstall over. -
I downloaded the new iphoto to my macbook pro. Now when I open it, there is a message telling me that "your photo library is damaged or unreadable and cannot be opened. Please restore from a backup." What do I do I had 16,000 pictures.....PLEASE HELP!!!!!
Try download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. (In Library Manager it's the FIle -> Rebuild command)
This will create an entirely new library. It will then copy (or try to) your photos and all the associated metadata and versions to this new Library, and arrange it as close as it can to what you had in the damaged Library. It does this based on information it finds in the iPhoto sharing mechanism - but that means that things not shared won't be there, so no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your events, albums and keywords, faces and places back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one. -
I've updated my 2007 MacBook to 10.6.8, and now my iPhone 3 (used as iPod) and iPhone 4 aren't recognized to be synced anymore or I get an error message telling me to update my phone to 11.1 or something. When I do that is appears to update and when finished nothing appears to have updated.
It is possible one of the 10.6.8 updates may help:
Combo v1.1 (7/25/2011), 10.6.8 2013 Security Update 004, 2013-005 Java update.
Note, your machine is too old to use the latest Java from http://www.java.com/ -
I once created an account and changed meanwhile my Apple ID. Now, when trying to log in to iCloud, I get the message: "You are already logged in". I cannot get access to the account in the way, that, for example, the options appear on the right hand side.

Try to take a look at the top right corner on iTunes. Does it say "Sign In" or "Apple ID" like [email protected]

I cannot download Mavericks. Every time the file download stops a message appears that says the file is damaged and cannot be used to install Mavericks. I delete the file, download again and the same message appears. What can I do?
I only have one video project that I ever published to iDisk. It didn't have any music or photo files attatched to it, just a few clips stitched together. I can play these clips right now in the Event Library (so I know the source files are on my computer), but strangely, under the Project Library, the project is not there. I'm almost certain that I didn't store the project on iDisk; I just completed the video and published it to iDisk (as a .mov file I think) for family to see. I've tried to figure out how to get iDisk to stop looking for this project to no avail.
I don't know if others have experienced this, but if I click on any project and on the menu bar select Share --> Remove From --> Media Browser... it lists iPod, iPhone, iPad, tv, Computer and MobileMe. Why would MobileMe be an option here? This is the case for any video project I select. Didn't iLife '11 and/or OSX 10.8 remove all mention of MobileMe? I wonder if this is part of the problem too.
Edit: I just removed every project I have from the Media Browser. Still no luck.
