I cannot receive any iMessages using my phonenumber and it wont let me choose it as an option, then i restarted my phone and it says I have no service.
A few days ago I reset my apple Id password. After that, my phone has been acting up. I logged into my apple id on my phone using my new password. (I have an iphone 5c with ios 8). And ever since, I ahve not been able to receive iMessages using my phonenumber. I checked my settings, and it shows my phoneumber as a dimmed option for my iMessage, but won't let me choose it. At this point, I got fed u with not being sble to receive messaages (Since the majority of my contacts use imessage and don't have my email) so I restarted my phone. Now it is saying that I have no service and that my phonenumber is unknown in the phones app. I nee dto be able to use my phone regularly so please help me ASAP.

From your post I understand that your iPhone is displaying No Service. Because it is displaying No Service, you are unable to link your phone number. First, follow the directions below to resolve the issue of No Service appearing.
If you're in your carrier's coverage area
Follow these steps, testing after each.
Tap Settings > Enable Airplane Mode, wait five seconds, then turn off airplane mode.
Restart your device.
Remove the SIM card. If the SIM card is damaged, worn, or bent, or if it's too big or small for the SIM tray, contact your carrier for a new one. Then reinsert the SIM card.
Check for a carrier-settings update: Connect to a Wi-Fi network, tap Settings > General > About, and install any available carrier-settings updates. If you can't connect to Wi-Fi, connect your device to a computer that has iTunes.
Update your iPhone to the latest version of iOS.
Reset network settings by tapping Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This will reset all network settings, including Bluetooth pairing records, Wi-Fi passwords, VPN, and APN settings.
Contact your carrier to check for any network or account issues.
Restore your iPhone.
If you see No Service in the status bar of your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

To exclude software conflict, i recommend you to make a clean boot and then have a test.
If this issue still persists, i suggest you re-built all COM ports through registry.
Locate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\COM Name Arbiter, delete ComDB key, reboot your computer.

So my iPhone 4S started draining battery after recent update, battery got changed and it worked perfect for 3 days, all of a sudden the phone shut down and now won't stay on unless connected to mains... Claims its at 100% battery but thats impossible as it was at 30% before it shut down randomly.

To resolve issues with sending and receiving SMS, follow these steps first

Verify that you have a cellular network signal in the status bar at the top left of your iPhone. Learn more about troubleshooting no service if there's no signal.
Restart your iPhone.

HT5625 cannot receive any emails to reset password
My AppleID (***@gmail.com) has been locked, but when I tried to reset the password by email verification, I cannot receive any emails from Apple. I also cannot remember the security questions. So how can I get my AppleID back?

I cannot receive any msg sending from iOS devices.
Recently I am over my data plan limit. So I disable the iMessage in my iPhone 5s. I want to receive the message through cellular network. Because I got unlimited msm package.
But unforturnly, I cannot receive any message from other iPhone users now. They're all showing up senting out iMessage to me. But I receive nothing.

with an iDevice…
because the Server times out ...
or the login/registration page just won't load ...

Go into settings> WiFi and tap the little info icon for the network you are trying to join
If you see two slider buttons, these are the cause of your woes
One says "Auto Join" (or similar) - you can leave this ON
The second button is "Auto Login" - you must turn this OFF (slide it left so it is grey not green)
Now go back and reselect the network.
If the login page doesn't come up automatically, open a Safari window and enter any address
Bingo!
I have reproduced this issue and solution in 100% of the public WiFi spots which I could previously not access. Please not that I also have "Block Pop-Ups" turned OFF in Settings> Safari, though I do not know if this is a necessary step.
I have filed a bug report with Apple. Feel free to contact them yourselves if this workaround works for you.

-One funny thing I want to add too: when I put the iPhone in the Apple dock and connect it with my PC, I open iTunes and select my phone. There you can see the build, software version,.. But after telephonenumber it says N/A: not applicable.. Something I only just noticed. I'm pretty sure my number was displayed back in Nov. when I first got my iPhone 4S.
And the very last thing: Most of the time I have a very good signal, 4 out of 5 bars. It is only rarely that I have only 1 or 0 bars. -

Did you already reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again? You will not lose data by resetting, but it can cure some glitches.

Since I changed my carrier for phone, internet etc, I have been unable to receive any faxes. The phone rings, it starts to communicate, then it fails. I have gone through the troubleshooting scenarios and changed my phone to 0 rings so the voicemail does not come on, but still cannot receive any faxes.
