I cannot see the videos stored in 'videos' on my iphone 4s to transfer them. The videos in my photo stream transfer over when connected to a pc.
I cannot see the videos in 'videos' when connectedto a pc to transfer them over then delete. I can see the videos & transfer them from the photo stream.
Correcion - the videos in the photo stream are different videos. I need to move & delete the videos in 'videos'.

Why is it that I cannot see my iMessages from my iPad on my iPhone? I have both on the iCloud, both have iMessage on, and on my iPhone I show to receive at both my cell phone number and my email address that is linked to my iPad. Any suggestions?
If its SD DV, check the following:
· Camera is set to the proper input
· In FCP, Canvas is set to RGB and sized to "Fit to Window or smaller
· View->External Video is set to "All Frames"

Are you unable to see documents on the cloud on both of your devices- iPad and iPhone?
Try opening cloud.acrobat.com and check if your files are synchronized on the server ?

when i plug in my iphone to the system, itunes does not recognize my iphone. i have tried all the troubleshooting part n there are no results yet. what should i do?
I have reset my iphone and made sure all updates have been done on my macbook pro and iphone. It was after updating my macpro that I plugged in my phone and went to itunes to backup phone and can't see the device anywhere! I have also done all the troubleshooting that apple.com recommended too...all except re-installing itunes!

I've lost my iPhone5 like 40 hours ago. I already turned the Lost mode on with Find my iphone app. But my phone has no data plan so it could not connect to the internet at all. I reported to the police, too. What else can I do? Can anybody advise?

My iPad screen is totally frozen with a message box asking me to go to photo stream settings but when either option (ignore or settings) is selected nothing happens. I can't turn off the device either because the screen won't respond. Help please
Try a reset:
Hold the Sleep and Home button down for about 10 second until you see the Apple logo. -

If the issue persists, I recommend you install Exchange 2007 SP3 RU7 and check the result. Also, ensure that Exchange 2010 SP2 RU1 or later version is installed. Old Exchange version may lead to the CAS-to-CAS proxy incompatibility.

I recently bought a new PC and when I transferred my photos a number of them became distorted- the top half was ok but the bottom half were color shifted. Also a number of them the top and bottom don't line up. How can I fix this?
Hi, I see I haven't had any responses but these problems haven't been fixed.
I still haven't been able to transfer purchases from my phone to my comp so consequently have stopped purchasing on my phone.
I bought a couple of albums recently via itunes on my comp, and tried to tranfer them to my phone via a playlist, but the sync often crashes. One album transferred except for one song, and the other hasn't at all. What happens is that when I autofill from a playlist it often hangs for ages on the first song and then I have to quit the application altogether as nothing happens for ages. Basically, the whole Itunes software freezes.
After this I find it hasn't transferred any songs, but they do appear greyed out on my phone, which means it has transferred some basic data such as the titles, but not the song itself. When I try to repeat the process to complete the transfer Itunes tells me that it can't transfer because the songs are already on the phone, but they are not!! I can't click or remove on the greyed out items, so now I have a couple of almost full albums on my computer that I can't tranfer or install on my phone, and a whole bunch of greyed out songs on my phone that I can't play or remove!
The rest of the problems as above still stand. I downloaded the latest itunes OS updates but nothing's changed. I haven't done the very latest iphone update yet though because it says you need to make sure your stuff is backed up, and I don't want to lose the purchases I made on the phone that I can't transfer to my comp. I'm planning on uninstalling itunes completely and reinstalling but I have little faith that this will fix the issue.

My iPhone 5 won't use 3G when 4G isn't available. I live in the middle of nowhere, but with my iPhone 4 I could use the Internet on 3G just fine without needing wifi. Now I don't get anything unless I'm on wifi. My phone says '4G' but then says 'could not activate cellular data' or gives me the gray google failed because you dont have internet page. I have AT&T if that matters. I just want to get Internet and my email like I used to be able to. Slow 3G is fine with me, but I need it to work on my iPhone 5. Can anyone help me?

When I connected my iPhone and iPad via iCloud not all photos in my photo stream copied over. Why not and how do I fix it?

Only the last 30 days of photos are kept in photo stream in the cloud for syncing. Devices that have been syncing with photo stream for some time may retain older photographs that newer devices do not receive from photo stream. -
Under the iCloud portion of settings on my iPhone, I have always gotten the message "account not verified". The email matches and is in fact the same for my accounts on iCloud and iTunes. Has anyone had this problem, and how have they resolved it?

Hi all, I am trying to set up a balance sheet. I tried copying the existing ones and then changing them or creating a brand new one and configuring it from scratch but I have problems. The fields that are "marked" with red descritpions are there "for
