I cannot update or install apps since updating I input my password and it looks like it's going to start updating circle emblem but then comes up with update again any ideas anyone it's driving me nuts my password is correct

That's just effing brilliant! What use is a flipping ipad or iphone if you have to keep connecting it to a damned computer in order for it to function properly? If I can change my account id on my ipad, I should be able to subsequently upgrade my apps without connecting to itunes. Why doesn't app store recognize that I have gone into Store in my settings and changed the account? There's no point in these **** things; I may as well be carrying a laptop. You can be **** sure it won't be a Macbook Air!

Looks like its fixed. I am syncing it now. A lot of the answers are for the new iphone so i had to mess with a bunch of settings as well. My old phone is now an 8 gig ipod. the books app no longer works and that *****.....but better than nothing...

There is no Microsoft Office app for iOS devices. What you bought is almost certainly only a book or guide about using Office on a computer. That's usually made pretty clear in the description for the book, so you probably cannot get a refund, since the terms of sale for the iTunes Store state that all sales are final. You can contact the iTunes Store, explain the reason for your request, and ask, though:

I rented a movie via apple TV. Watched half of it last night, and trying to watch the rest of it tonight but itunes cant find it. It helpfully tells me I have already rented this item, but then wont find it. Ideas anyone????
when you rent a movie it gives you 30 days until you start watching it
once you start watching it, you have 24 hours to watch it so idealy your movie expired... -
OK, so this problem has been going on for quite a few months, and has persisted through several iOS updates:
I deleted both Facebook messenger and Instagram from my iPhone 5s. they have been stored to my iCloud. Now, when I try to re-download just those 2 apps (doesn't happen with any others I have noticed yet), it looks like the download is going to start, but almost immediately switches back to the download from cloud button. I have signed out and back in to my iCloud account and my apple account and neither have worked. A hard reset did not work either. Repeatedly tapping (hey I was frustrated!) did not work either. updating my iOS did not work. It only happens to these 2 seemingly popular, well developed apps. Can anyone provide me a solution? Thanks!I Also want to try to avoid doing a full reset if possible. Or whatever the process is called that erases all your photos and messages and apps, Etc.

my ipad continues to drop the wifi connection. I can get it to re connect for awhile but then the ipad loses the connection. any idea how to fix this problem with the Ipad, it is very frustrating!! I have reset it, tried shutting it off and on, turned on airplane mode and then back to wifi etc??

I have searched the computer by song name in the audio files.
I have opened up media files and looked everywhere.
I tried remapping where they would be saved and hoping they were updated.
Any help finding where they are located would be great. The song still loads when I open it, I just can't find the audio files!Have you tried using the built in Browser in LP?

I recently coverted to Lion. When I tried to use Word, the document I loaded hung up andI had to force Quit Word. Each time I try to open Word now, the same document comes up and I have to force quit. Any ideas?

Does anyone know why I can't see the HotSyncLog.htm file (after a HotSync) when Firefox is my default browser, but it comes up fine when I switch back to Internet Explorer? Thank you

This is a compatibility issue. The log is formated for IE support, not the Modzilla engine based browsers. If you do decide to make a non IE-based browser as default for your pc, you will need to right-click on the HotSyncLog.htm file and select Open With option to there select IE to check it out for Windows will keep going to Firefox.
