Cant change details, cant change region, cant download apps, cant change payment card, cant upload apps.

Apps are always associated with the Apple ID and password used to download or purchase them. If you have begun using a different Apple ID, when those old apps require an update, you will have to enter the old Apple ID and password that used use to originally download those apps.
You can stop this requirement by deleted those old apps and purchase or download them again with your current Apple ID.

I would just follow the instructions from this article to give your unused 4s to your spouse. Since you have already started using your 5s, you will still be receiving iMessages on that phone and will have no need to receive them on a device that has been replaced. If you are just visiting Singapore, then leave the account as it is. If you have moved there, then view your account using the iTunes app on a Mac or PC and change the country/region to your current location and address. If you do not have a bank card, you can fund your account using iTunes gift cards if available in Singapore.

Settings>General>AutoLock>Never. Now it will not sleep at all so change it back when you are done reading.

Go to www.ecamm.com and d/l PhoneView.
To prevent a sync when plugging in the iPod/iPhone - hold down the 'option' and the 'command' keys when plugging in the iPod/iPhone - key the keys down until the iPod/iPhone is listed under the Devices list in iTunes - this will prevent a sync from taking place.
With PhoneView you can take the content from the device to the iTunes library.

1) Is it a video clip? Something you recognize? To be clear, it's displaying at a point in your exported movie but doesn't appear at all in the sequence?
2) What are your sequence settings? Right-click your sequence and choose "Item Properties" to verify.

Sounds like you bought the iPad secondhand and the previous owner did not remove it from his/her iCloud account.
If you are unable to contact the original owner, the iPad is (unfortunately) useless to you.

When do you get prompted for this ID? If you are asked for an AppleID
you do not know during Activation, contact the seller for assistance. Only
the person who set the Activation Lock can remove it. If the seller refuses
