In order to get those to work you will have to upgrade to Snow Leopard 10.6.8.
Start by checking if you can run Snow Leopard:

I can't watch Instan Movies on Netflix (only when I'm on WI-FI)

I have a Lenovo Thinkpad T400 Running Windows XP
I can't watch instant movies on Netflix
I have Silverlight installed
The movie starts and plays for only a couple of seconds (minutes) and then I get the error (your internet connection slowed, re-adjusting settings...),
I have another laptop at home using the same Wireless Network . The Wi-Fi Network is not the problem because the other laptop plays perfectly fine the same movie.
After that IE freezes and I have to kill the browser using XP Admin Console
Is this a known issue? t400 supports silverligth? Do I have to update wireless card drivers?

If you run System Update, it should update any drivers, or you can check the Lenovo support site.
With Wifi routers, it is also worth checking your router for a firmware update as this sometimes fixes things.

I tried to watch streaming movies from NETFLIX, but I get an error indicating that the MAC does not support NETFLIX real-time streaming movies, but MAC could support this in the future. Does anyone know when MAC might enable this?

This has nothing to do with Apple enabling this. It's up to Netflix to make their service available to Mac OS X. You should contact Netflix with your question.

The red exclamation mark indicates that itunes cannot find your files.
Are the music files still on your harddrive. Look n Finder
Username/Music/iTunes/iTunes Media
If the files are there then keep the option key pressed and open iTunes. A dialog box will open asking you to choose your library. Select Choose and then navigate to the Music/iTunes Folder and click OK

Have you tried a reset ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider if it appears), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

Can't watch any movies on Netflix or Amazon

My Airport Extreme seems to be working well with my IPad, Iphones, and Kindle. However, the signal to the BluRay Player and TV is weak. When I try to play a movie on Netflix or Amazon, the screen shows I am receiving about 0.3 mbps. The result is that the movie will hesitate for a few seconds and then play for a few seconds ec. I have spent a lot time with Sony support on the Blu Ray player and it seems to be operating fine. I am receiving 65 mbps download on Cox with an up of 29mbps. I have checked the speed on several speed checkers.
When I go into the Airport Utility, I can see my devices and all are receiving about 58-65 mbps with the exception of the TV/BluRay player. The MAC address for the BluRay Player/TV shows it is receiving +/- 1 mbps.
Any ideas on why my one device is not receiving the adequate download and what I should do?

Suggest that you locate your laptop as close as possible to the location of the BluRay player and take a reading to see how the signal looks on the laptop.
If the laptop is getting 50-65 Mpbs, then you know the BluRay player is as well. You will need to have the wireless checked out on the BluRay player...as it would appear that the AirPort Extreme is operating normally.
If at all possible, a wired Ethernet connection is always recommended for any type of video streaming, especially high definition video.

I just set it up and have gone through all the available trouble shooting but every time I launch a movie in netflix, my laptop starts to play songs. how can I make it stop. also, iTunes does not see AppleTV as a device and it doesn't show up on FInder either. Is this normal?

thanks for the info - I will try the power the Router and ATV boxes, I can see why that may help since I did upgarde the ATV on the 2nd May (which is when these problems started) so I can say I beleive that the ATV is running the latest software. I'll let you know if rebooting both boxes helps.

You can but the method varies depending on the Apple TV that you have.

In the iTunes Store, find a movie you want to rent.
Click Rent. Your rental should begin to download immediately.
Once the rental is downloaded, you can watch it on your computer or transfer the rental to a supported iPod, iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV (1st generation):
Connect the device and select it in iTunes.
Click the Movies button.
Select the movie, and then click Move.
After all movies have been moved, click Apply in the lower-right corner of iTunes.
You must be connected to the Internet to transfer a rented movie.
If you have Apple TV 2nd gen. or later you can use Airplay to play it on your tv through the Apple TV.
