I connected my new iPad up to my computer to synch it in iTunes, and now none of my apps that I had already downloaded on the iPad will open. What do I need to do?

I purchased a new iPad, and am just learning. I installed a number of apps on the iPad, and then went to synch it to my home computer. Now none of the apps that had already been downloaded to the iPad will open. What do I need to do?

have you tried to reset it? hold down the sleep and home key until the silver apple comes up. Let it restart. It's the equivalent of 'control-alt-delete' and sometimes fixes glitches.
