I want to bookmark a website. I click Bookmarks on the tool bar and then bookmark this page. A field opens that allows choices under the heading "folder." I click on the downward arrow to see the choices: I choose the fourth option "Choose" expecting to see a vertical, alphabetical list of my folders. Instead I am given a choice between unsorted bookmarks, bookmarks toolbar, and bookmarks menu. No folders in sight. This started happening today In the past I was always able to select the folder for the bookmark.

There should be an arrow or + to the left of those folders to open them and see sub folders in them if there are any.
If you do not see those arrows then you can start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
* Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

Photostream in the cloud only keeps photos from the last 30 days (subject to a 1,000 photo limit). When photostream syncs the photos to your device they will stay there until deleted, which means you may well have more photos in your photostream album on your device than there are in photostream in the cloud.
The consequence of this is that if you turn photostream off and on again on your device (or enable it for the first time), it will only be populated with photos from the last 30 days, which may not be all the photos that were previously in the photostream album on that device.

I have a VI A. I want A to call another VI B and execute. After B executes, I want it to close automatically and go back to A. Is this possible ? I tried using open reference and those methods, but I am not able to do it. Can someone help me ? Thanks !

I've created a customized menu and at the instance of me selecting a menu, a VI should load itself dynamically. I am using call by reference. Sometimes it works and sometimes it won't. In short, what I want to achieve is load VIs dynamically and close them dynamically once they finish executing. Thanks !

You did not buy an unlocked iPhone. Only Apple themselves sell unlocked iPhones in most countries. Your iPhone locked to the first carrier used. Only Virgin could authorize unlocking of your iPhone, and if they will not, there's nothing you can do. Sell the iPhone to someone who can use it with Virgin and buy a truly unlocked iPhone from Apple.

Made changes and selected 'save' but it will not save in directory

First, let me say I am new to Mac and iWeb in general so I have lots of novice questions, but so far using my Mac for video-related things and working on my website has been great! (Should have switched to mac long ago)
My question/problem: I built a website using iWeb08 and used Cyberduck (thanks to this forum) to FTP it to my domain. Everything was fine. Today, I changed a page on the site and from the iWeb File menu selected 'Save.' I then went to upload (with Cyberduck) to my domain and noticed when choosing files that the changes had not been saved. I opened iWeb back up and the changes were there, but they are not making it to where I saved the webpage on my computer, so therefore Cyberduck was uploading the old version of the website. What am I doing wrong??

Save doesn't do what you think. You need to do File > Publish to Folder for any of your changes to be reflected in what you upload via ftp.

Sync is only oneway, from PC to your device. Unless you have the music on your PC, iTunes is going to wipe out what you have on your device if you are syncing to a new library.
To re-download your purchases from iTunes on your computer:
Go to the iTunes Store and select "Purchased" from the Quick Links side bar on the right. Go through all the tabs to download again for free

My iphone under settings, Icloud and photos, does not allow me to select icloud on or off and the same with photostream. They are lightened compared to the other choices, and say on. When I touch it nothing happens.
I have signed onto Icloud on my pc and enabled it, but still it says photostream is turned off. Any ideas what to do? I have used photstream in the past without problems.

It sounds like you have restrictions turned on on the device. Settings>General>Restrictions.

I had deleted some Apps on my iPhone and iPad, but they are still in the Cloud. My First iPhone was a 2, my Second a 4S and now I use a 5. With the 2 I had used a different Apple-ID, but I put some Apps via Backup from one Apple-ID to another. As I get a Message by furtherly Backups, that some Apps are not can be saved because the Apple-ID is no longer on that PC registred, I had deleted this Apps to get they new for the actually Apple-ID. But I'm not shure, when I install them now, that they are working under the correct Apple-ID.
Any Ideas to solve the Probs ?

I try to open audio/midi setup but it doesn't give me the option to choose the us-428 tascam. Does anybody know if there is a new driver for this i7 quadcore machines for the us-428 tascams? Please advise

The hardware has been discontinued... the last driver is from 2007.

Get the 3.40 driver, unplug the 428 from the mac, reinstall the driver (over the top of the other one). Reboot the Mac, after it's settled give it a minute.... then plug the US-428 in.
I don't hold much hope of the driver being SL compatible but it's worth a shot.
Just be sure the unit is unplugged when you install the driver.
