I deleted my exchange microsoft email on iphone 4 and lost many of my contacts, is there a way i can get the contacts back?
I deleted my exchange microsoft email on my iphone 4 not knowing that it was this important. Later i realized that about 150-200 contacts had been deleted also.
Is there a way i can get that exchange email back or restore my contacts?
Please help me, Thank You!
No, I hadn't come accross the one you mentioned, but I have got experience with this one on download.CNET and they come in in both: WINDOWS and MAC. I've used it for more than just my lost contacts...., so yeah, I'd recommend it, even though it did not recovery everything I wished it would!

I connected a digital camera memory chip with approximately 100 photos on it to import into iPhoto. The photos showed up in iPhoto. I believe I deleted the photos from the memory chip before importing them to iPhoto. Is there any way I can get the photos back?
Terence, thanks that site is a gem...have to explore it more fully at home as it drove security here crazy
Looks like just the ticket for saving mistakes. -
Is there any way I can get the volume/silent button fixed on my iPhone?
Is there any way I can get the volume/silent button fixed on my iPhone?
More than likely, yes - via a 3rd party repair shop that works on iPhones.
Not by Apple. Apple does not offer a menu of repair services except for replacing the battery when the iPhone is no longer under warranty. If under warranty, the iPhone would be exchanged under warranty for such a problem. Apple also offers an out of warranty or not covered under the warranty "repair" price, which pays for an exchange at a discounted price off the full retail sales price - a like for like exchange. Same model/color/storage capacity. -
I recently got a new laptop, it has no music on it and I have been plugging my iPod in and listening to music that way. Tonight it decided to sync with my iTunes and deleted all of my music. Is there any way I can get my music back?

i connected my iphone to the computer to charge it and itunes backed it up with an old version of my ipod so I lost all my photographs. Is there any way I can get them back?
Seems that you can no longer hide them on your phone. Try doing so in iTunes: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4919.

Ok i needed to flush my computer because i had a virus and i had to delete all my music is there a way i can get the library from my ipod onto the new itunes i downloaded because i dont want to have to download all the songs again
It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer for just such an occasion.
Use your backup copy to put everything back.
If for some reason you have failed to maintain a backup copy ( not good), then you can transfer itunes purchases from your ipod. Without syncing: File>Transfer Purchases -
I was trying to connect my ipad and iphone using icloud. After signing in on both devices I clicked merge. I went to check my calendar and all my events were gone. Is there any way I can get my events back?
Check to see if they are on your calendar on icloud.com. If they aren't, all you can do is try to restore to your last backup, although it isn't clear that calendar events are included in the iCloud backup.

My Droid Maxx deleted all my text messages by itself. I had all of them, got a phone call, and when I got off the call, all my texts where gone. Is there a way I can get them all back? I had a lot and some where really important to me. I turned the phone off and on again thinking that would bring them back because of some glitch but it didn't help. Does anyone know of a way to bring them all back?
It's very possible to get your messages back. Verizon Messages (app) from the Play Store has options both to restore and back up your messages. They can be downloaded as a file and saved on the device or SD card. By pulling the menu out from the left side and choosing "Restore Conversations", you can (hopefully) restore your lost messages but it says for 90 days. I hope this doesn't reach you too late.

Hi webby84,
Welcome to Apple Support Communities.
It sounds like you're experiencing a hardware issue with your iPhone.

Hi I hav a 2010 Mercedes E350 an lost my iPhone. I nw have an I phone 4s all my contacts are on the cars phone kit. Is there any way I can get the numbers from the phone kit onto my new iPhone.
If you were not syncing the contacts in your phone with a contact manager or cloud service, there is no way to get them from the car to the phone other than manually re-entering them in the phone.

I wasn't looking at what I was doing and I deleted an imessage conversation and I havent figured out how to get it back yet. I have my ipod backed up with itunes but not icloud. It is onlt that one conversation though and I really want to get it back. Is there any way possible to get my conversation back on my ipod?
If it was there and you creaded an iPod backup via iTunes then restore from that backup. Otherwise y are out of luck.
Autosyncing
To help prevent the last backup from being overwritten and thus erasing the Messages from the last backup turn off autosyncing so that you have to overtly start a sync. To turn off go iTunes>Preferences>Devices and check the box that says "Prevent iPods...". -
I had previously had an iphone5 but it got stolen and I just got the iphone5s. I had previously backed up my old iphone to my itunes, and didnt have time to restore it to my new phone. I had taken pictures with my new iphone and when i connected it to my laptop i changed the setting to backup with icloud and it deleted all my current pictures and things and replaced them with what was on my old phone. Is there anyway I can undo this and get my pictures back?
Almost certainly you lost the previous iPhone 5S photos. But just in case you might have saved them ...
On your iPhone 5S, check Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup and find the time (if any) that you made an iCloud backup. If you made one before you deleted the iPhone 5S' photos, they are on iCloud. If that's the case, you can retrieve them by doing Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings and then restoring that iCloud backup to the iPhone. Of course, you would then lose the iPhone 5's photos from the iPhone 5S.
It's extremely unlikely you performed this iCloud backup at the right time, but it's your only chance. -
i plugged my new iPhone into the computer for the first time and it proceeded to restore. i accidentally clicked on the storage saved on my iTunes for my old phone. so now all the storage from my old phone is on my new phone and I can't find any of the storage from my new phone. is there a way to get the pictures and data back onto my phone that i originally had ?

Is there any way i can get the pictures off my iphone 4 if my computer doesnt detect it ?
my computer cannot detect my iphone 4 and my phone is stuck on the charging screen is there anyway i can get my pictures off it ?
What do you mean that your phone is stuck on the charging screen? Have you tried resetting your device (nothing will be lost): Hold down the Home and Power buttons at the same time and continue to hold them down until the Apple appears (up to 30 seconds). Once the Apple appears the device is resetting and the Home screen should display shortly.
Cheers,

Is there any way I can get the new IPhone 4s and not use Verizon, Sprint, or AT
I use Straight Talk Wireless and I really want the IPhone 4s and I can't switch companies.
Ditch Straight Talk and go to Sprint. You pay $200 for the phone and $70/month. That's $25 more than Straight Talk but you get much better service. 2 years of Straight Talk and a $650 iPhone save you only about $2-300 than you would by going with Sprint if it was possible to use Straight Talk, which I'm pretty sure it isn't. If you don't want to pay for service every month or don't want to pay for data then just buy an iPod touch. An 4S without service or data is a big waste of money.
