I did the network reset on my iPhone and I lost my carrier...I have no network and I don't know how to restore the network setting on the iPhone because I resetted it to factory setting

I did the network reset on my  iPhone and I lost my network carrier totally it returned to factory settings mode how do I recover my network settings??
