I do not know , I do not own a personal home computer or laptop. Again can you help ?

I get messages that I need java , but yet in the security setting's java is enabled , then I find messages like I need another browser, & or web browser , then if I do download an application , I can not install it. There are some programs that are on this phone, that do not work right , even between Nokia/Ovi & T-mobile. Nokia made the handheld cell phone , I have even registered the phone last year I believe. I can not even sign-in or register the service, but yet each month they want their Money ! I see things like got to be setup on a computer, which I do not own or have one even nearby, easy to access at any time of the day or night . I can not even trouble shoot the problems . Then we also mustn't forget I am not a programer so I do not know what to do , when , & in what order . Please any and all Help will be so greatly appreciated . If you fix this phone , it will be the Best , Greatest present & or gift I could ever have let alone receive .

I think it might be the problem with one of your plugins.
Try to uninstall the webbrowser AND remove the storage from Firefox in your user-account (Linux: /home/username/.mozilla). You can check the list of installed Add-Ons in Firefox under "Extras => Add-ons" or by pressing Shift + Strg + A (Linux).

iOS 4.2.1 suggests that you may have 2nd generation Touch, which cannot be updated past iOS 4.2.1
Check http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1353 for help in identifying your model. A quicker method may be to check the back casing. If your iPod has Model No.A 1288 etched into it, then it's a 2nd gen Touch.
Assuming that you are using the latest version of iTunes (today, that is 10.6.3), to check if your iPod can be updated, connect it to your iTunes and look on the Device/Summary pane. Select Check for Updates. If there is one, you will see a message telling you that and how to install it. However, if you see a message saying that your iPod is up-to-date, then it cannot be updated.

I am not being critical, but you seem to want Safari to behave exactly like Chrome. Every software developer has a plan. Sometimes features in one product parallel other products - sometime not. There might be some things available that would help you. Do not hold your breath, however, for suggestions from people who use these forums. Most of us use (and like) Apple products. If you wish to make suggestions for future improvements, there is a feedback area on this web site that Apple employees read/review.
Candidly, your approach would be akin to suggesting that Apple emulate the "features" in Windows (heaven forbid).
I use Safari (and have for years). I use Firefox (not a bad product) as my alternate browser.
Sorry for what appears to be a pedantic lecture. However, I think most of us adapt to different products if we really want to use them.

You can try a couple of things:
Tap Settings > WiFi > and then the blue ">" next to the network name. Find "Renew Lease" and tap on that.
Tap Settings > Airplane Mode On. Wait a few seconds and turn it back off.

Firefox cannot get to the web because the MS update conflicts with my default browser FF. I tried a system restore point before the explorer 9 update, but it didn't clear the MS update troubleshooter with the FF logo and I can not get to my browser directly.

Depends on what you mean by "default account" and maybe what version of OS X you are using. (Your profile says "MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013), Mac OS X (10.1.x)" but MBP-R can't run 10.1.x.

TB locks up, says "Not responding" across the top , Then finally whites out. The rest of the computer is working fine, So I usually go do something else, & when I come back to TB its working again.

Ps. My wife has used Elements 6 for 5 years without an issue, but, it was installed using the . Adobe Software disk. We found 13 was really not much better..as there was a problem with converting Canon RAW CR2 files to jpeg
If all fails you could return it for a refund which they will honour.. I did it with Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5 ,which did not have a stabilizer and could not handle anamorphic HD very well.. When the upgrade came it fixed everything and has run perfectly for nearly 5 years.
You should be very pleased with Adobe Photoshop Elements 13, when you get it operating. We have run Photoshop Elements for over 10 years and it is faultless, Nearly as good as ADOBE Photoshop Pro which is easier to use and over 10,000 + images have been processed .
Incidentally, both Yahoo with Flicker, Flickr: bobdixphotographer's Photostream and Google Photos+ (PICASA) Photos - Google+ have inbuilt editors for free, but, there are limitations.

I am not certain I understand what a ''fire edition'' is, unless this is a reference to Firefox 4.
I would not expect that you would normally need a password run or use the browser Firefox 4, although you probably need a login name and a password to login to and start using your Operating System account in Windows 7. Obviously you can not start Firefox without using an Operating System - such as Windows 7. You may need a password and a login to make full use of this current forum, the Firefox Support messageboard.
Presumably at the moment you are using Internet Explorer 8, as your browser.
Have you tried reading the linked articles I mentioned in my first post, the light blue text are links, and should open ok with Internet Explorer.
