I need to migrate CUCM 8.6.2 from 6.0.1 but don't have any DVD of old 6.0.1

I have new project which has been abandon for long and assigned to me recently.
I know what is the steps we need to work.
1. DRS from current CUCM version
2. Install same version of 6.0.1 to new Server
3. Backup from step1.
4. Upgrade to 8.6.2(it is not direct support, so I have to upgrade to middle version first)
But customer doesn't have current CUCM(6.0.1) version of DVD and I cannot find the version from Cisco site as well.
1. Can I export BAT from old version and import BAT to new version ? will it work ?
2. I don't have any bootable version either of old or new, so I need to make bootable after download from Cisco site.
I googled and some site said I can copy bootsector from bootable DVD and copy to new DVD, in this case even though it is not same version, for example, if I copy from 10.5 version and copy to 8.6.2, does it make bootable DVD ?
3. How can I remove all configuration on CUCM ? is it CLI command if I can ?

Secondly, you may raise a TAC SR and request them to release the Bootable media for 6.0.1

I have updated my iPhone 3Gs to the latest software in an attempt to iron out a problem with a new telephone network provider (Tmobile). I had backed up my phone before I did this. Now I have lost my music and apps. I can't sync the phone with my Mac, I can't re-download from iTunes as the phone says I don't have any music or apps available to re-download although it all shows up on my Mac. The music and app content cannot be restored when I try to restore the phone from the back up I madeon my Mac. Help!
Working on that now. I'm just getting frustrated that everytime I run updates for the phone I end up with tech problems that I have to spend time solving as opposed to updates that actually improve my usage. Now I will once again get to spend hours reloading my phone all for updates that didn't affect my usage in the first place.

I can't seem to get my iMac (late 2009 model) into automatic sleep mode. If I manually put it into sleep I don't have any issues.
I used to solve the issue by running "PleaseSleep" application but that doesn't work anymore since Lion. I now want to fix the underlying problem.
I'm not running any weird background processes and in my energy saver settings I've tagged "put the hard disk to sleep when possible:, "allow power button to put computer to sleep" and "automatically reduce brigthness". All pretty standard.
Is there anyone who can give me some pointers ?Today I solved the same problem for my iMac running Snow Leopard. See https://discussions.apple.com/thread/3008791#15947706. The method may help you, too.
For me it was the DynDNS Updater preventing my iMac from automatically entering sleep mode.
To my knowledge the cause of this sleep problem can only be a peripheral device or a process. So I suggest to first unplug all peripherals and test whether that's the cause. If not, I suggest to terminate one process after another and to test automatic entering of sleep mode after each. Start with user processes; continue with system process if necessary.
At least that's the way I found the offending process. Fortunately, I was able to change the configuration of that process to allow again automatic entering of sleep mode.

That one's consistent with disk/file damage. The first thing I'd try with that is running a disk check (chkdsk) over your C drive.

Windows 7 instructions in the following document: How to use CHKDSK (Check Disk)
Select both Automatically fix file system errors and Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors, or use chkdsk /r (depending on which way you decide to go about doing this). You'll almost certainly have to schedule the chkdsk to run on startup. The scan should take quite a while ... if it quits after a few minutes or seconds, something's interfering with the scan.
Does the chkdsk find/repair any damage? If so, can you get an install to go through properly afterwards? -

I have an old ipod (it's the very thin oblong one in purple, the one before the one that does video) and want to know how to get everything off it and into my iTunes library. My old computer died and the original library was lost, so don't have any of the content saved anywhere else. I am getting an error message that "A copy of Firefox is already open. Only one copy of Firefox can be open at a time" and I don't have any copy open. How do I correct this problem? I really like firefox because it runs many technical programs on the web that do not work with safari. I have FireFox version 32.0.1 installed on my MacPro PowerBook OS X 10.7.5. This worked, I used the method described in this link http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?t=365156, and opened the Mozilla profile screen with the terminal on my mac, using the language given in the links. Then I duplicated my original profile to save the bookmarks, etc. Put them in a folder listed Duplicate profile with the date. With the open profile screen, I deleted my original profile, created new profile folder and then a new profile. Note that profile cannot be created in the system library, it must be created on the disc, because the library will not allow writing into it. After I created my new profile folder, I dragged all my old information into it, and it worked. Firefox closed and the error disappeared. You must be VERY careful to make sure Firefox is closed anytime you are doing anything with the profile folders. I think that is what caused my original problem.

I cannot get iTunes 11.1.4 to install. I have tried uninstalling iTunes and downloading itues again witha manual install. It always fails because it cant get the mobile device part to work. I am the administrator and I don't have ANY mobile devices. I just want to update the program on my PC - and now I don't have any iTunes at all.
