I don't like the auto feature for new tabs. every website I visit ends up on the new tab page. I want to control what websites I want to add not Firefox.
This is request to implement because at this time it is not an option or feature

At work I have v. 3.6.19 and it is asking me to upgrade to 5.0.1. I have a brand-new iMac at home and I installed the newest Firefox just a couple of months ago, so I probably have the 5.0.1. In any case, I don't like the new one's interface. Instead of having separate reload and stop buttons to the LEFT of the url window, there's a single reload/stop button (and it seems smaller than the old ones) attached to the RIGHT of the url window. Since I have a 27" screen on my new computer, it means I have to move the mouse WAY UP TO THE RIGHT to reload a screen, which is hard on my mousing hand. That may sound like nitpicking to you, but I'm finding it to be a problem. Also, the Home button seems to have disappeared. I just don't find the ease of use to be the same as with the one I still have at work. So I guess my question is twofold: 1) can I keep the old version at work and still upgrade the Flash (as it's asking me to do as well)?; and 2) can I put an older version on my iMac at home?
I used to work in software (although not as an engineer), and in my opinion, newer does not always equal better. A case in point, it used to be easier to return to a previous page using the top toolbar, but as the versions change the function seems to be harder to use.Hey paulwisc,

Is that the only reason you want to roll back? If you have other reasons, you should consider [http://input.mozilla.com/en-US/feedback leaving feedback] for the developers so that they can continue to improve the product.

That sounds like the difference between the new Firefox home page '''about:home''' and the previous Google Search page which has '''GMail''' at the top if you used GMail.

I don't like the new toolbars or task bars or address bars or whatever you call them. In fact I refused to update my other computer because of the confusion the new version has caused me. I don't like the new location of the home button, I don't like having to click on the tab then go to a drop down menu to reload the tab (more clicks). And I really don't like the dark color of the top portion of the screen, it's really hard on my eyes. I don't like the blurry portion of my desktop showing through, it's confusing.

"Unlike". iOS 7 doesnt display well on my 4S. iOS 6.1.3 should still be supported for older hardware. I think I shall me moving to Samsung Galaxy now. Was really hoping hte new iphone would get a bit larger.

I am unable to buy on itunes as I live in France but use an English credit card which is registered to my French address. itunes UK don't like the French address, itunes France don't like the English credit card. Any ideas on how to buy? (Without having to pay for a French credit card)
Go to a place in France and purchase an iTunes gift card. You should be able to use that in the French iTunes store if you have a French address associated with your iTunes account.

OK, I downloaded the utility, but during the installation process I was advised to shut down Outlook, or restart it after installation. I immediately cancelled the installation. Obviously, this thing is going to muck about with Outlook. I don't want anything to be touching or looking at any of my installed program unless I tell it too AFTER I fully understand what it is doing and how to reverse the whole process in case it gets mucked up.
I looked for a manual or some sort of documentation on the configuration utility, but there does not seem to be any.

I find it incredilble that there does not seem to be a stand alone, plug the usb cable in, and make a back up (system image) of an iPhone. After all, the thing seems to be hand held computer. Why not have a simple back up utility? Even the newer phones only have, what, a few GB. Lots of images would fit on an outboard TB disk.
Then if every thing gets FUBAR, simply restore the phone the the last working image.
Does no one keep controled squential backups of iPhones and iPads like you should do with any other computer, workstation or laptop that is a serious business tool?
iTunes for back-up. Does and business seriously do that?
iCloud? I'd be fired if the boss caught me putting client contact information on 'the cloud' or anything outside my secured hard drives. (Unless we have a specific paid contract for services).
My company does not even allow wifi in the office. Security begins with a hard wired connection.

If I don't like the 9.99 plan, can i downgrade my plan back?
I currenlty have an OLD Altell phone and need to upgrade (as it broke). And we are still on the old Alltell friends & family plan.
If I get a medium range phone, I realize I have to get a 9.99 (or more) data package. my questions are such:
1. I don't have to change to a new Verizon plan, do I? (I can just add the $10 to my Alltel plan, right?) please say yes!
2. If I decide I don't like the phone or paying the extra $10/month, can I just toss the phone, get a new, basic cell phone and drop the $9.99 data plan?

With that plan you should be able to add a line and keep your Alltel plan. But it may take a few tried to find someone to do that.
If for some reason you want to dump the phone that requires the data, and get another phone (It will not be subsidized if bought from VZW, unless swapped out withing thirty days of purchase) so you will have to pay full price for it, but then you would call and cancel data on that line. No ETF will be charged. -
I don't like the new calendar. It doesn't show events for the day like the old one did. You have to scroll around to find them. Better to have them at the bottom of that day so you can see them readily.
To see a concise list of events, tap the Search icon (looks like a magnifying glass). Without typing any search terms, you get a list of events, defaulted to the current day (or next closeset day with events in it).

2a. Nothing will see the return of mail being removed from the server on download by default. To many expect their mail to stay on the server forever as a defacto backup. Rightly or wrongly the default was changed because people like me could no longer put up with the whining of people who were not happy their mail moved off the server.
