I don't receive e-mail notifications

Hi all there!!!
My problem is that from some moment it has stopped sending me notifications both to my e-mail account and Mail app about new events concidering despite I have all the boxes in my Apple Community account Notifications settings checked to receive it. Why it's so?

This is refreshing, normally the problem is that there are to many emails being sent
As seventy one alluded to, there is currently a system problem with the software (jive) that runs this site. It happens from time to time and there is nothing any of us can do.
The hosts are aware of the problem and are, I am sure, working their little fingers to the bone attempting to fix it.

    If you don't know your password, don't know your security questions and don't have a rescue address or don't receive a reset email, you should contact AppleCare who will initially try to assist you with a reset email or if unsuccessful will pass you to the security team to reset your security questions for you.
    If you are in a region that doesn't have international telephone support try contacting Apple through iTunes Store Support.

    Dear I am doing the following steps for Create a Subscription and Receive E-Mail Notifications
    a) Choose Home u2192 Documentsu2192 Public Documents u2192 documentstest.
    b) Open the Details page for the documents folder.
    c) From the menu, choose Actions u2192 Subscribe.
    d) From the menu, choose Actions u2192 Edit Subscription.
    e) Change the Frequency to On Every Event.
    f) Choose Update Subscription and close the window
    However in the Universal Worklist (UWL) on the Notifications tab under Home u2192 Work u2192 Overview, I dont have notifications.
    How can solve this issue?

He is assigned the appropriate responsibilities in order to view the notification and he is also setup in the approval hierarchy, in this case GL-BATCH.
    Also the notifications in question are being accessed by him through the web-notification center. So, i'm clueless as to what else could be causing the issue.
    I'm out of ideas to look where the setup is not right.
    Please, kindly help me out to find the possible causes for this issue. Any advise or links to documents is also appreciated.

  • How to find out why we don't receive e-mail from a deployed application?

    Hi guys,
    I've deployed a web application which is in production mode on a weblogic server 10.3.2.0, OS linux.
    In this web application, we send e-mails using javamail library. The mail server is a remote server from this one.
    At the beginning, all was working fine. Now it's impossible to receive e-mail but i've no exception launched, no trace of problem....
    I've tested manually the smtp connection between both servers. It's OK.
    It seems the problem comes from weblo.
    The problem is that i don't know how to test it to find out what is wrong. Is it possible to see what happen in the console portal of the weblogic server and how ?
    Any idea, please it's urgent !!!

    Yes - it is a bit frightening... Had other Macs before this MacBook (Pro), and never experienced such a problem. Don't know - of course I look into the Preference settings from time to time, and maybe I have changed that setting on the other computers... it never occurred to me...
    What an annoyance such a simple decision to make the auto-shutdown after one hour a default can be! Probably, Apple reconsiders :-D I'd rather prefer an auto-lock of the account (instead of an auto-log off)... but I believe it has been expressed often enough that, in this particular case, the - pardon me - Windows-solution (to offer a simple lock of the account, the Windows-L-key combination, IIRC) is much more practical... to copy that behaviour under Mac OS X, You'd have to go through lengths...
    Anyway! Pondind, thank You very much!!! Solved a kind of embarassing, but huge problem of mine!

    I believe I might have the clue you need. It sounds ridiculous, and I think your immediate reaction is likely to be that it cannot be connected to my non-recieving of subscription emails - but please bear with me...
    You asked whether I had "attempted to make any changes to your AppleID or email address" and I said no. BUT at exactly the time that subscription emails stopped there was a change to my "status" - I was 'elevated' to Level 3. In fact I now see that an email of 2nd Dec from "Jeff D. and staff" welcoming me to Level 3 has been the only email I have received from !http://discussions.apple.com/images/status/hosts-16x16.gif! Discussions since subscription emails had stopped a few days earlier, at about the time my status would have been changed.
    This was a change to my particulars, and I find it difficult to believe that this degree of coincidence is without significance. You might feel that this should be referred to someone concerned with the code used by the forums.
    I am, BTW, receiving subscription emails from other sites, and I am receiving Apple's advertising emails.
    Yesterday, out of curiosity, I subscribed to a few recent threads in both the 'Using Leopard' and the 'Using Tiger' forums. I see that some of those threads in both forums have had additional posts since I subscribed - but I have had no email. (I checked at my server).
    I do hope this isn't another red herring, and… Sorry to be a nuisance but I'm beginning to feel as if I've been locked out of the forums.

  • Mail hiccup? 2 to 3 times a day don't receive new mail unless quit & reboot

    Sometimes I won't receive new e-mail messages in my INBOX, my Treo tells me I have new mails. I have to quite mail to see new messages. I've heard this is a mproblem with mac mail, anybody know how to fix it?

    I've been using the Mail.app for a very long time and I've never had this problem. Where have you heard this? This problem isn't reported here in large numbers if at all.
    For what type of account - .Mac, IMAP or POP?
    What is your time interval setting for automatically checking for new messages?
    Before quitting and relaunching Mail, have you checked if the account is offline which can occur when there is a problem communicating with the incoming mail server for an account which isn't necessarily a Mail.app problem.

  • No new mail notification in Outlook - CAS Exchange RPC Client Access problem

    Hi, we're facing this problem:
    Users start complaining they suddenly don’t receive new mail notifications in Outlook (2010/2013)  anymore
    Inbox does not show the new mail either
    When the user changes folders in outlook, the new mail does show in the Inbox folder
    Restarting Outlook shows the new mail as well.
    The same new e-mail arrives instantly (with notifications) in Owa and on mobile devices
    Sometimes the new mail notification pops up after a longer period of time (from 30 seconds to 10 minutes). But more often not at all.
    This issue seems to occur at random. We’ve been problem free for a week, and sometimes it comes back three times a day.
    Clients running Outlook 2010, 2013 cached or online, on site and off site. So it seems server related, not client.
    It was seen first around January 8th. We did not make any changes around that time that we can link to this problem.
    Only one CAS server (EXCH1-RTD) shows this issue. CAS servers on other sites are ok
    EXCH1-RTD has CAS and HUB transport roles. The same site has two mailbox only servers. EXCH2-RTD (mailbox server for normal mailboxes). And EXCH3-RTD (mailbox server for archive mailboxes)
    No entries in the event logs that seems to be related
    As the problem only occurs with Outlook clients, I suspected RPC issues. We cannot gracefully stop the “Microsoft Exchange RPC Client Access” service on EXCH1-RTD  while the issue occurs. We
    can only kill the process and restart the service, solving the issue instantly.
    What we’ve tried until now:
    Updated all Exchange servers from Exchange 2010 SP3 RU6 to RU8-v2 (server OS=W2K8R2)
    Updated all Exchange servers  to latest critical Windows updates
    Recalculated requirements using MS Sizing tool.  Upgraded EXCH1-RTD  VM from 8GB and 2 vCPU (1 core/cpu) to 16GB
    and 4vCPU (1 core/cpu)
    Ran various perfmon counters and compared them with other Exchange servers, not finding any obvious anomalies.
    Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

    From your description, OWA works well, the issue is related to Outlook side. In your case, I recommend you use Outlook safe mode to determine whether the issue is related to add-ins. If the issue persists, you can create a new profile to check the result.

  • Double push mail notifications

    Hallo, I am only able to receive gmail-mail notifications if I select both 'Inbox' (default) and 'All Mail'. But now I am receiving two notifications for every mail. Any tips? Just to make sure, I don't revieve any notifications is I do not select 'All Mail'.

    I think I found the answer on here.  I went to SETTINGS > MAIL, CONTACTS, CALENDAR > MAIL (the actual name of the account with the double alerts) > MAIL FOLDERS TO PUSH > Then I selected INBOX and SENT ITEMS only!!
    I tested it by sending an email from an account not synced on my iPhone and only ONE ALERT came through!!  OMGoodness - so much less annoying!!

    My requirement is to get the E-mail notification for some one posting feedback (repo service) for particular KM resouurces. I have made all the settings
    Configured the Notificator Service
    Enabled the Mailing Service
    Configured the Email channel and Originator.
    I have enabled Subscription for this KM folder like (/documents/Public Documents/Test Folder). If admin upload any document or files in the above folder.
    I received E-Mail notification alert.
    But for the same resources if any one posting feedback or review i didnt get any E-mail notification
    How to achieve this?

    The Feedback notification comes to the UWL of the person who has created the document (folder).
    No E-Mails are sent, and subscription service does not work in that case.
    If you want to fulfill your requirements you need to create a custom portal component which adds the Feedback to the resource and sends the E-Mails too.

  • Workitems and Mail Notifications being sent multiple times.

    There are two issues with our WF development:
    1. An approver is receiving a mail notification and WF Decision item TWICE. On analyzing, we found out that the "Requested End" tab of the Decision task had an entry of 2 mins (Work item creation).
    Guidance needed on whether this would resolve the issue or is there a different solution.
    2. On trying to execute a decision for a WF item, an error msg is shown, "You are not a receiver of the work item" and does not allow to proceed with the decision. What could be the issue??

    What happens is, till your workflow duration is on, you will receive reminder mails.
    So to avoid this, you need to increase all the duration steps to be equal to duration of of the workflow what you define in the Start step.

    Using a post process, generate a GUID and store it on the new profile. Send an email to the user that includes the GUID key.If you are using a post processing you wrote a program which sends mails and you don’t use a mail notification. Is it true?
