I downloaded iyunes from my computor to my ipad, my ipad will not let me sign in. I had a older ipad and it upgraded, know I am locked out
I tried to update my ioad 4.2 using itunes. when i tried to sign in, it will not acepet my password, and lockes me out. What can i do

If you are unable to get past the sign in screen on your iPad you may have to reset it back to factory settings. Use the information in this article -

Download them to iTunes abd then sync the apps. Make an appointment with Apple and see what the problem is. -
Editing any user profile, when I try to save the change I get the error: no existing connection from which credentials can be copied. It will not let me get out of the screen. I have to close the Server App to get out. Any suggestions?

just downloaded the newest version of itunes as of 1/31/14 and suddenly after years of my nano 5th gen working fine is rejected by itunes. On top of that it ejects it and will not let it charge. The nano works fine besides and charges via x-box or plug in
I was working through the troubleshooter - looks like there is no driver for the nano.

I have been trying to download iOS 6.1 on my ipad. After its been downloading for about 4 hours, I receive a message that there is an error and cannot download. How can I delete this download from my settings? I tried downloading other apps, but it will not let me unless I download iOS 6.1
What iOS are you currently running?
If you have an iPad 1, the max iOS is 5.1.1. For newer iPads, the current iOS is 6.1. The Settings>General>Software Update only appears if you have iOS 5.0 or higher currently installed.

If you are currently running an iOS lower than 5.0, connect the iPad to the computer, open iTunes. Then select the iPad under the Devices heading on the left, click on the Summary tab and then click on Check for Update.
Tip - If connected to your computer, you may need to disable your firewall and anitvirus software temporarily. Then download and install the iOS update. Be sure and backup your iPad before the iOS update. After you update an iPad (except iPad 1) to iOS 6.x, the next update can be installed via wifi (i.e., not connected to your computer).

I purchased a song from iTunes but it will not play in iTunes or on my nano. When I attempt to play it, a get asked for my account and pw. When these are provided, I get asked for them again. Is there a way to get my purchased song to play or get my account credited for this purchase?

Difficult to say without a little more information. Why can you not simply download the latest version and apply the serial number to convert it from "trial" to "licenced"?

I was at my office yesterday and signed in on the local exchange.
Today I am at ome, tried to log in and it is wanting password from the other exchange where I was at yesterday. I do not have password with me. I need to access some things. I cannot even access settings. How do I reset so I can access my iPad and accounts?OK....Reboot your iPad. Press and hold BOTH the power and home buttons at the SAME time for about 10 seconds (ignore the red slider to shut down) until the Apple Logo appears, then let go of both buttons and your iPad will restart. Once it comes back up, see if you can connect to your home wifi and if you can, all should be good.

My Apple iPad is stuck on the update in iCloud will not let me sign out of it or do anything in icloud. How can I get it to stop running. I have tried everything that I have looked up online and nothing works. Every time I put in my apple ID it disables me. Ugg I am frustrated!

I've tried everything from restarting the phone to changing my password multiple times and it still says unknown error. I'm more than a little aggravated.
