Make an appointment at the genius bar. An out of warranty replacement will cost you $269. If Apple refuses because the damage is too extensive, buy a new phone.

thanks paul, i just had a similar problem, had to hold it for 30 seconds and the apple sign has come up, my phone was vibrating for over two hours completly unresponsive, now my lap top seems to be comunicating too, oh hello, its back on again...thank you!!!!

My IPhone 5's Imessages just stopped working and I tried restarting and then turning them off and turning them on. It now says "Waiting for activation" and has said this for 15 minutues.
At the time of this post, there seems to be a problem with iMessage and Facetime but only some users are affected.

How do I get my iphone 4 to display the name of an incoming caller? It just stopped working all of a sudden.
I suggest contacting your carrier, typically if there is an issue with caller id its an issue with the carrier.

My iPhone 5 has just stopped working it had 70% charge in it and I've tried recharging and nothing it's just dead.
It's under warranty for a year.
Contact your nearest Apple Store and bring it in to be serviced.

All the devices in my itunes account just stopped working they all are asking us to activate, once we unlock phones and type in the information to set it up and doesnt do anything. i really need help, please.
Please plug the iPhone with the original doch-connector & USB cable into a USB plug in the computer (directly into the computer) and restart iTunes. It should register. Please do not stop the registration!!! You may need to press power on iPhone.

You can take it to Apple and get replaced as long as you pay for the replacement.

I'm on 3 as pay as you go and bought an all in one 15 so i get unlimited data for 1 month, but for somereason my internet has stopped working asnd i still have 3 weeks left of data? My iphone no longer show the personal hot spot button too and when i select it from mobile data it is forever loading and does not work >

My sounds occasionally stops working after upgrading to iOS 6. Is anyone else having sound issues with iOS 6 or greater?
I am having this same issue on my iPhone 4. The most recent update to iOS 6.1 didn't fix it either. Has anyone found a fix for this problem? It doesn't happen often, maybe every third day or so but requires power off, power on to bring the sound back.

"Speakers", I assume you mean the receiver and the (one) speaker at the bottom.
iPhone: Can't hear through the receiver or speakers -
screen is off and black. Won't turn on. trief charging but still won't work. its like it's dead but it was fully charged when it just turned off.
Try a reboot press & hold down power button & menu button hold both down and wait for
the Apple Logo this may take upto 20 seconds then see if iPhones comes on
if not take to Apple store.

plug it on itunes and press 30 seconds the Home button at the same time, itunes will recognized it like a new iphone in recovery mode
