I don't have my icloud password. How to restore my iphone 5? I already created a new apple ID and is asking me for the old one.

Does the old Apple ID belong to a former owner? You will need that Apple ID and password to proceed.

Without the former Apple ID and password, the iPhone will remain useless.

I'm sorry, but I know nothing about iCloud email. I stayed away from iCloud email and only use iCloud for limited purposes.

I am sorry for you, because you will need access to your old account, otherwise you won't be able to delete your old account. If you remembered your old ID, then you can at least reset your password here: https://appleid.apple.com/

You are going to need to go to: FORGOT APPLE ID to retrieve your iCloud/Apple ID. Once you know your ID, you can log onto Apple - My Apple ID and click on Reset Password to answer the Security Questions you will need to answer. If you don't remember the answers, you will have to contact Apple Support to have them reset: ACCOUNT SECURITY CONTACT NUMBERS
