I forgot my password and my birthday and email does not recognize. please help me, it happen when I buy my new iphone5s and change the Apple ID of my old iPhone 4.
i have a new iPhone 5s, it does not recognize my password, when I try to restore it my birthday and email does not recognize, it only happen when I change my old iPhone 4 and change the Apple ID of it. please help me, all my phone now does not recognize my password.
To change to iCloud ID on your phone you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID then sign in with the new ID. If you don't know the password for the old ID, and if the old ID is an earlier version of your current ID, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

MMy old iPhone 5c is wanting a password for logging into my apple account. The problem is that the email address its tied to doesn't exist anymore. I changed the email to a different one. But can't figure out how to change the email address on the phone to the new email address.
The fact that the email address doesn't exist anymore doesn't matter. As far as the Apple ID is concerned, the email address is just a user name. As long as you know the password you used, it should be fine.

My iPad 4 does not show up on my TV screen when in AirPlay mirroring mode using WiFi. The iPad displays AirPlay set to TV with the Mirroring On (green).
My iPad IOS software is 8.2 and my Apple TV software is at 7.1. The TV displays the Apple Menu. The “Settings” does however displays the General menu allowing me to see:

Signal Strength shows 5 circles.
It does not display the iPad screen but when I use the BT Sport App I can hear the sound but there is no video. I have searched the internet for a solution to no avail. The problem first arose when the IOS was at 8.1+ but it worked correctly briefly when I updated to IOS 8.2. Can you help please?Welcome to the Apple Community.
Try the following steps, check whether things are working after each step where appropriate, before trying the next.
Check AirPlay is turned on on the Apple TV (turn it off and on if it already is)
Check that both devices are on the same network (Settings > Wifi, on the mobile device and Settings > General > Network, on the Apple TV).
Restart the Apple TV (Settings > General > Restart).
Restart the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for 30 seconds.
Restart your router. (Also try removing it’s power cord for at least 30 seconds)
Restart your mobile device.

My early 2011 MBP 13" does not recognize my Sandisk 16GB 45MB/s Extreme Pro SDHC card. I went to the Genius Bar and we tried it in all the MacBook Pro's in the Apple Store and NONE could recognize the card. However, iMacs did. Any suggestions? Genius behind the Bar suggested wait for LION OS X release...

Looks like you have relocked a hacked phone when you updated. The only way to fix it would be if you could figure out the original carrier and see if they would unlock it.

My husband's new ipad is frozen. We can not slide to unlock or turn it off. A pop-up appears in center of screen that says "this ipad has not been backed up. Hello, I updated my RAM from 4 to 8, the problem is that does not recognize the 8 GB, I tried one by one, and only recognize 6 GB (one module of 2 and one module of 4) but by the time I install both, it doesn`t work. (I updated the firmware also)
If you substute each 4GB card, do you still have the system recognizing 6GB? Since it's not recognizing all 8GB, that suggests an issue with that memory ... is that what PNY says should be used in a MBP? While I haven't used PNY memory, they do have a line that they say is for Apple computers here. Is that what you used? I normally use Crucial or OWC (their own branded memory or Samsung) which have worked well over a number of systems.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.

I noticed a week or two ago that somebody had downloaded something on my apple account and it was not me and it was not on any device I own. I changed my password but now I cannot buy anything since whenever I try to, it makes me confirm my identity by answering my security questions. I think I know the answers to these questions but I can never get it right, so I suspect that they were changed. I also noticed that my rescue email is not my own. I want to reset my security questions, and in order to do that I need to have access to my rescue email. I want to change my rescue email but in order to do that I need to answer my security questions. What can I do in this situation?
You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.

Side, back, and center speaker on inspire p7800 not working, PLEASE HELP!
I have had the inspire p7800 speakers for awhile, and they worked great, the sound was really great. Then a little while ago, the side, back, and center speaker stopped working. If i turn the volume up, i can hear a kind of static noise in them, but when i play a game or listen to music they don't do anything. i have an Audigy 2 zs sound card, and i just installed all the creative mediasource software. I was using the speakers fine without the software, but i read on a different post, that you can turn on cmss in the EAX control panel. i installed all the stuff, but i can't find the EAX console anywhere on my computer. all the mediasource is is a music player, and a file converter. The speakers stopped working about a week before this, and i unplugged everything and repluged it. After that the center speaker didn't work, but the others did. but now only the front left, and front right speakers work. Please help me with this problem.

If it doesn't power up then it's either the subwoofer or power adaptor that's faulty. So the only thing you can do is contact customer support or the vendor. -
