Did you try everything here:
iOS: Device not recognized in iTunes for Windows
Then try a different computer to help determine if yo have an IPod or computer problem.

Try the standard fixes in order:
- Reset:
Reset iPod touch: Press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home
button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore the iPod from backup via iTunes
- Restore the iPod to factory defaults/new iPod
- Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.

I have since uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but get the same error message.

Which version of OS X do you have? It's not clear from your post whether "installed an upgrade" means you just installed PSE 13 as an upgrade or you installed an update to PSE 13, like ACR 9 or 13.1. Please clarify.

My student has been using Lightroom 4 with Photoshop CS5 on her Mac for well over a year. Because of the difference between the Camera raw version available to her in Photoshop CS5 and the raw process in Lightroom 4, she has been exporting her raw images

My student has been using Lightroom 4 with Photoshop CS5 on her Mac for well over a year. Because of the difference between the Camera raw version available to her in Photoshop CS5 and the raw process in Lightroom 4, she has been exporting her raw images from Lightroom and choosing the "Render using Lightroom option when it popped up in the dialogue box. She has been doing this for over a year and a half without any problem. Today when she hit Command E no dialogue box appeared and the image just opened in Photoshop. I'm concerned that all of her Lightroom edits are not being rendered to Photoshop. Anyone have an idea as to how we can get the "Render using Lightroom" dialogue back?

How to use original preinstalled Adobe-Photoshop-elements on new notebook?

Hello everybody.
In my old TOSHIBA Satellite Pro A100-938 notebook, I've been used the above-mentioned software, licensed and pre-installed at the moment of the purchase. Now I've got a TOSHIBA PRO A300 - 28T model.
How can I do in order to transfer this software from the old notebook to the new one? Unfortunately the pre-loaded photographic correction program is not as functional as the other one.
Help and/or suggestions hereof will be highly appreciated, thanks in advance !

and as you can see the Adobe Photoshop Elements was not preinstalled by Toshiba and is not part of the image so you will need to buy the full product licence to use this software.

My new Adobe Photoshop elements will not let me register. What do i do? Also, the disc will not release from my computer.

I just purchased Adobe Photoshop elements 10. I just installed it. it works, but when I go to register it, it refuses me.

Somebody taking your money does not proof you have purchased a legitimate license …
