Your question was answered in the other thread. No matter how many times you ask, the answer wil be the same:
No one here or at Apple can or will assist you with contacting the previous owner of the device. That would involve giving your personal and private details about that person, which is an invasion of their privacy.
Return the device to where you purchased it, or if you found this device, turn it in to local law enforcement.

The only storage it could be using is an old iCloud backup, if you were backing it up to iCloud. You can remove this from another device that is sharing the account by going to Settings>iCloud>Storage>Manage Storage, tap the name of the old phone under Backups, then tap Delete Backup.

I just got the iPhone 4 and decided to put some music on it so i used the iCloud system. when they were downloading i decided i didnt want some of themso i stopped the sync. Now the songs are stuck onthe phone but they are greyed out and wont play... i cant figure out how to remove them! help please!!
P.s. i tried to redownload them and it didnt work either.. just made duplicates.In the iTunes Store click Purchased in the Quick Links section on the right.

how do you unlink a I pad that you don't know who is the previous owner was from there account so you can set it up to your account and have it work for you?
then there should be a time limit put there cause some people sells things to pawn shops for a little bit of cash and forget to go and reclaim the item so the pawn shop sells it as it is or they don't want it any more so they sell it for what they can get and screw up other people in doing it that way

The same way you would contact anyone. Call them, e-mail them, speak to them in person, write a letter. There are many ways to communicate with a fellow human.
No one here would have the contact information for a random seller of an iPhone. -

There is no solution for Activation Lock if you don't know the Apple ID/Password that was used to originally activate the phone.
Without that info, you won't be able to re-activate the phone or use it, & Apple can't/won't help you. You can try recovering the ID here:

I bought a iphone 4 from a guy on craigslist, I knew about ios 7.0 having the lock thing, but when I met him, his simcard was in the phone, I tested the phone with his simcard in from of him. The phone looked great with no problems and I even got the box with the accesories, so I knew it was his... I then did the reset on the phone (erase all data... from settings) and it went through and activated and everything was good... I used the phone for about a month with no problems at all, even had my apple ID in the icloud and everything... well ios 7.0.6 came out and I used my computer to restore the phone, because I feel that the cord and computer gives it a better restore, it did great no problems, and when it went to the part where I went to activate the phone, I get a enter your apple id and password to complete activation... Wait... why is this up i thought, I thought I did everything like I suppose to to succesfully switch it to me, the new owner... but now its asking for some C******@yahoo.com.... I only have @gmail.com emails and none start with a C... The guy sold me the phone because he was switching to Verizon, and I tried to call him, and now the number is disconnected... I guess he switched to Verizon with a new number... Now im stuck with a paperweight that costed me $200.00... What can I do at this point... Please help me... After the iOS 7 update my iPhone 5's touch screen is unresponsive some times ,can't even open the lock screen , I had to turn the phone off and turn it on again ,any solutions ?

I unfortunately just got my IPhone 4s stolen.I thought I had the find my iPhone enabled but I didn't because I cannot locate the phone when I sign in ICloud.I have a password on the phone but i'm not sure if I turned on the option where the phone resets if you incorrectly put the password more than ten time. I immediately called my phone company (Verizon) and reported the phone stolen.So I know whoever took the phone cannot place calls or use the phone. But can they still access my data on the phone if they manage to unlock the phone? If so how can I erase all data on the phone so the thief can't access my personal information? is there any other way other than Find my IPhone to wipe off the data on the phone? I really don't want my personal information such as pictures, text messages, notes and social networks profile available to a stranger!!? Help please!!!

You are able to activate an old device and process an insurance claim for your iPhone 4s within 60days from the incident date. Keep in mind if the old phone is not a smartphone and you currently have unlimited data that feature will fall off. If you have a tier data plan no changes will be made. The iPhone has a feature called "Activation Lock" described here:
