Did this back along to mine. Plug it into itunes on your pc (or Mac) and click on the ipod icon on the left hand side. When the device options come up on the main screen, click on restore. Follow the steps and it should restore to factory settings. If you had icloud activated on the ipod all previous purchases should be in the cloud and ready to download onto the ipod afte rit has been restored to factory settings, otherwise you'll have to download them all again. i have an ipod touch and for some reason cannot connect to itunes store. I have full wifi and can get on my safari and was able to update my apps before. I can still get apps but when i try to update it says cannot connect to itunes store. Some1 help!

iPhone 4 went into recovery mode when trying to restore it. Now the only option iTunes allows is for "restore & upgrade", it is not offer an option to restore from a backup, says that must first do the upgrade, when attempting to do the upgrade the iPhone won't accept it.

I open the photo icon from the scrren application and it open to albums. The camera roll icon is behind this wording, when I try and scroll to get to it, it only goes straight behind and i am unable to open photos from here. I can get to the photo the long way but do not want to continue to do this. It has only just started happening.

press and hold the photos icon until you get the minus sign
tap minus sign to remove it from task bar

Head to Settings -> Wifi and tap the > next to the network you are connected to. Is anything listed for an IP Address, subnet, and gateway? Maybe try tapping the Renew Lease button at the bottom.
If the IP address is in the 169.254.x.x range, it means your iPod did not recieve an IP address properly from your router via DHCP. This can usually be cleared up by resetting your iPod Touch and your router. To reset the router, unplug it for about 30 seconds. For your iPod, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons together long enough for the Apple logo to appear.

I'm afraid you'll have to wait until both Apple and the makers of your games/apps upgrade to new versions.
Apparently there are still some issues with iOS7 that are being dealt with and the same with some apps.
As for going back, I don't think you will be able to get this information from these forums... -

my ipod will not work. It has locked me out. when i turn it on it says " ipod is disabled" across the top and under that it says"try again in 21,891,948 minutes" underneath that is a screensaver picture of a flower. Connect in recovery mode iOS: Unable to update or restore

If you cannot remember the passcode, you will need to restore your device using the computer with which you last synced it. This allows you to reset your passcode and resync the data from the device (or restore from a backup). If you restore on a different computer that was never synced with the device, you will be able to unlock the device for use and remove the passcode, but your data will not be present. Refer to Updating and restoring iPhone, iPad and iPod touch software.

Does the iOS device connect to other networks? If yes that tend to indicate a problem with your network.
Does the iOS device see the network?
Any error messages?
Do other devices now connect?
Did the iOS device connect before?
Try the following to rule out a software problem:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Power off and then back on your router
.- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
- iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections
- Wi-Fi: Unable to connect to an 802.11n Wi-Fi network
- iOS: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem and it does not connect to any networks make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.
