I got a new iphone and i clicked on restore from my old ipod, but then it deleted everything else off my iphone, is there any way to undo it or get my pictures, messages and contacts back?

please help me! 'i have only had it for a week

iTunes did exactly what you told it to do, restore the iPhone with the backup from your iPod.  What did you want/expect?
Unless the iPhone had been backed up previously, all content that was on it is gone.
