If your Nokia comes with some sort of software that you can sync with Adddressbook or something else, or can export as comma or tab delimated then you do that then import that file into address book on your mac.
then sync from iTunes to your new 4S

You can't link your Apple IDs, all you need to do is use the same ID on all devices and your contacts etc will sync.

So basically you are saying you have a New Computer and you do not have access to your Old Computer and you did not Create and Maintain a Backup of iTunes... Correct.?
And you want to Sync your iPhone to the New Computer... and your New Computer is Authorised...?

After you get this issue resolved... suggest you Create and Maintain a Backup of iTunes and any other Precious / Important Content you cannot afford to lose.

The reason i wish to do this is because in the update i didnt lose any messages, so all of the people i have met and networked with since that last update those many months ago, i have in my messages listings. They are all unidentified numbers at present but over time i will be able to work through the messages and based on the conversation recall who each was with. Also, yesterday, some two weeks after the update had left my contacts list entirely empty... a vast majority just reappeard, though all of them are without any phone numbers, all just emails or facebook contacts. This is the work of facebook not mac/ios6 isnt it...? Any help here would be greatly apprecaited. I am about 2 days from flying to canada and having those contacts would make life a lot easier.

You should be syncing your contacts with an app on your computer or cloud service (iCloud, Gmail, Yahoo, etc), and not relying on a backup. If you haven't been doing this, start now and then restore your old backup. You will then be able to sync the new contacts back into the phone. However, you will lose all messages, etc newer thant the backup.

When you see the old number come up in the suggested choices look for a blue arrow to the right of the Contact. Tap the blue arrow and then tap Remove from Recents.

CD's can only be played on PC's or Mac's (obviously). If they contained music in them, they will have to be downloaded over again. What is best to do for further problems ike this is to put those songs on a big external hard drive at about 500GB for $60. They work very well and they are time saving. Putting in multiple CD's into one big hard drive will work well. Unless you have the songs on your computer with another music player like Windows Media Player for Windows XP - 7, you do not have to do all those CD downloads. If you have them on your computer do this: File>> Add File to iTunes the drag a big box around most of the music songs and they will be uploaded.

you should starting with copying the iTunes folder from your old laptop to the new one.
the iTunes folder is in your user profile Music folder.
it should go to the same location on the new laptop.
Provided that you have your media, music and movies in the default location, and you sign in to your apple ID and authorize your new computer (all in iTunes)
you should have all intact.

When you buy your new iMac you will be able to have the installation process transfer all your applications, data (including music, pictures, documents, etc) and settings to your new computer. In the past that was done via Firewire. I'm not entirely sure of the process with the new iMacs that don't have firewire. I think it can be done via ethernet and probably via tha thunderbolt cord using a firewire adapter but you'll want to check that out.
    With the your new computer properly connected to your old computer, the initial booting of the new computer will include the ability to move everything over.
    If for some reason you don't want to do that (smart if you have some horrible software issue that is causing problems) you can connect your old computer to the new one and start it in Target Disk mode where it will be seen as a hard drive. You can then manually copy over all your music and import that into iTunes (and any other data you want).
    Somebody here will surely point you to directions for connecting an older iMac with no Thunderbolt to a newer iMac with no Firewire.

There are a couple of iOS Backup Extractor programs that can read data from the backup sets. I've not personally tested any so I don't have a recommendation.

Is there a way to remove all of my contacts from the iCloud? My phone has my correct contacts list. When I sync with iCloud it pulls down 50+ contacts that I do not want. I went to iCloud to remove the unwanted contacts and it takes nearly 1 minute for each one. Another soluntion would be to make my phone contacts override my iCloud contacts?

Go to your Contacts on your Mac - if more than one pick the most accurate; delete any contacts you don't want. Select all the contacts, and from the File menu choose 'Export...'>'Export vCard'. Save the resultant file safely: it will be your 'master' list.
Now delete all the contacts from whichever device has the most in it. Sync with iCloud. If necessary repeat with different Macs. The result should be that the deletions sync to iCloud and in the end you finish up with empty Contacts lists everywhere.
Now you can import your saved file to one of your Macs. Make sure you import it under 'iCloud' not 'On My Mac'. Then it should propagate iCloud and any other devices. Keep the saved file at least until you are satisfied that all is in order.

The most comprehensive delete method I know about is to delete the book from iTunes on the computer you sync your iPad with. You'll be asked if you're sure, and it will be deleted from your iPad and any other i-Device you sync to.
I think that's the best you can do.

What will happen to my iPhone contacts if I choose to "Delete from my iPhone" the previously synced contacts from the iCloud?

When I updated my iPhone 3GS to i06, my contacts were messed up. Some of my contacts were lost, and one of my contacts which I had two numbers for, a new one and an old number, now only has one number and it is the old one. So, will I get my original contacts back if I choose the "Delete from my iPhone" choice?

Regarding the first question:
- The contacts on my iPhone right now, due to the connection with iCloud, are numbers that came from the iCloud account (which, unfortunately is my husband's account - I didn't realize it). Although we have some of the same people on our contacts, his, of course, contains his business contacts as well. Before the connection, my contacts were my social contacts and my business contacts. It looks like that not all my contacts from before the iCloud connection are there as some are missing and all of them have missing punctuation marks. All my photos that were on the contacts of the people are missing as well.
- I will have to check and see if my contacts are on the iCloud account also. Haven't checked that yet.
By the way, this all happened when I loaded the i06 update. That's when it asked me if I wanted to store it on iCloud. And when I clicked on it, everything changed on my contacts.
