I had to reset my iPhone 6 now when I add to my calendar it not only shows the appointment I set it also shows another one (GMT) that I did not set. How do I remove the (GMT) one?
I reset my phone6+ the other day..now when I put an appointment in calendar 2 appointment show up..the one I entered as well as one in (GMT) that's like way off from what I entered. I know that something just needs to be turned off or deleted, but for the life of me I can't see it ....HELP

Are you just using the Calendar app on your iPhone, or are you working with any other calendar applications? I would first check these settings on your iPhone and your computer:

This is a HUGE iOS bug.. Following a tip from another poster, I was able to fix the issue (temporarily).
This worked for me on Verizon.
I dialed *228 on my Verizon phone. I pressed "1" to activate it over the air. I then went into task manager and killed all the running apps.. Waited a few minutes.
The next text I got displayed the number correctly!.. Until I rebooted, that is.

Accidentally merged my iPhone with my partners iPhone library now when she adds new app she is asked for my password, when she restores phone, my apps download onto her chosen wallpaper/phone 5c, she still has her content too, it's like we have two accounts merged into one even our music is one big jumbled mess! please help!?!?!
Yeah we thought about just syncing straight to her itune library... But the problem is she had used her iphone 3gs to purchase a boat load of new music and apps during the past 30 days or so... And those now only show up in my itunes library...
Also - I want to be careful not to wipe out all of my content by syncing her phone with my itunes again... Are there any precautions to take to make sure that the sync ensures content writing to her iphone ... rather than the other way around?

and i mean the phone would have been activated in the first place with the sim card you get given when you first get the phone.

I had a trial version of Pages for 30 days and then purchased the actual software without removing the trial. Now when I try to edit documents and save them it sometimes wont because it tells me I am using a trial version.... But sometimes it lets me!! How can I remove the trial version? I cannot tell which one I am using when I open it....

Thanks so much!!!!!!!!!! Didn't know how to do the spotlight search...and it immediately found my calendar...now I have to figure out getting the icon somewhere I can find it...but it brought it up and it had all the information I needed...just a small step now to place it somewhere!

If your problem persists get yourself a micro USB cable (sold separately), you can restore your Apple TV from iTunes:
1. Remove ALL cables from Apple TV. (if you don't you will not see Apple TV in the iTunes Source list)
2. Connect the micro USB cable to the Apple TV and to your computer.
3. Reconnect the power cable (only for Apple TV 3)
4. Open iTunes.
5. Select your Apple TV in the Devices list, and then click Restore.
(You may already have a micro USB cable if you have a camera or other digital device) -
When I was syncing my iphone 4 to my computer my itunes crashed and was looping from one song to another. so i tried all the suggestions and had to reset my iphone which wiped out all my songs. when I went to purchases my recent song purchases from itunes where gone.. how do I get them back or get credit for them..

Remove items from a playlist:
1 On the Home screen, tap Music > Playlists, then tap the playlist you want to edit.
2 Flick down, then tap Edit.
3 Tap next to the item you want to delete, then tap Delete when it appears on the right.
4 When you finish, tap Done.
Delete a playlist:
1 On the Home screen, tap Music > Playlists.
2 Flick down, then tap Edit.
3 Tap next to the playlist you want to delete, then tap Delete when it appears next to the playlist.
If you tapped the wrong playlist, tap the one you want to remove.
4 Tap Delete, or tap Cancel if you change your mind.
5 When you finish, flick up, then tap Done (or swipe right to return to the Home screen if you cancel).

Hi i have an I pod and i had used it as hard disk also. Now when ever i connect it with my Laptop it shows restore to factory setting....i wanted to knwo is there any way i can save the data which i had already stored in the I pod. I dont want to loose that data???

If you still have access to your old email address, go to https//appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your iCloud ID. Tap edit next to the primary email account, tap Edit, change it back to your old email account and verify it. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud).
