I have a CC on file for gaming only, and wen I have no money on it I can never download a free app! An this should not happen! It's free apps!???
I have a IPad, and a IPhone, I loaded a CC just for gaming, and every time ik don't have money on the card, I cannot download free apps, an this should not be happening because it is a free App..!!!??? What is going on!!??? I want to download an app but nvr can be cuz of the stupid CC I added??!!! Answer plzzzzzzz ....!
Just to add, you will have to download and unzip it then put it in iTunes if it is a video or audio format iTunes can handle.

In Adobe Send, I have sent files several times now and when the recipient clicks the link to open, it says page cannot be found. This just started happening. What needs to be corrected?
I can think of a couple of reasons for this behavior.
You inadvertently turned off the sharing for the files.
The link that the user is clicking on is incomplete; perhaps it got broken across lines in an email message. Are you sending Anonymous Links or Personalized Invitations? If the former, are you certain that you copied the entire link?
Some things to try.
Have the user send the link back to you so that you can test it. Does it work for you?
If you look at your Sent Files list, is the name in the Sent To column struck through (e.g., John Smith)? That would indicate that it has been unshared.
If you could get back to me with answers, perhaps we can get to the bottom of this. -
I just purchased a subscription for the standard version but have now found out that I can't download to Mac. Is this correct? So my only choice is to updgrate to Pro?
Not sure if you can just upgrade as you have to cross platform too. Best to ask Adobe CHAT. You might need to refund and start again.

keep getting a pop up box asking me to download photo and video, many boxes appear saying the same thing . I have no devices connected to download anything. I want this to not happen or appear.
This will just keep appearing when I am online.Using Firefox latest version I just installed Window7 from Vista. never happened prior. Windows live Photo Gallery is usually my default to open, but that is from a phone device connected to my computer.Usually "Flame" does this (a virus that should have been auto destructed 2 weeks ago). It could be another virus or worm. My advice, FIRST scan your computer with antivirus (completely). Don't use free antiviruses. They are not providing enough protection. Then delete all temp. files and browsing history. Remove and reinstall Firefox. (don't install it automatically: ask for custom install at the beginning). It is much better to download it again from www.mozilla.org because your actual version might be corrupted by the virus (IF ANY VIRUS IS FOUND). Anyway you won't lose downloading it again.
PS: Windows 7 includes a very useful tool to scan your PC. Windows Defender. Run it along with the antivirus. -
Whenever I want to download a free app, it asks me for 3 security questions. I answer them. Then it says "session has timed out". Then the whole process starts over. How can I get around this?

I figured out how to fix the flashing yellow screen problem that I've been having on my MBP! Yessssss!!!
I found this super handy website with the golden answer: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1379
I followed the instructions on this page and here's what I did:
Resetting NVRAM / PRAM
Shut down your Mac.
Locate the following keys on the keyboard: Command (⌘), Option, P, and R. You will need to hold these keys down simultaneously in step 4.
Turn on the computer.
Press and hold the Command-Option-P-R keys before the gray screen appears.
Hold the keys down until the computer restarts and you hear the startup sound for the second time.
Release the keys.
I went through the 6 steps above twice, just to make sure I got rid of whatever stuff was holding up my bootup process. Since I did that, my MBP boots up just like normal. No flashing yellow screen anymore!!

This has happened to me in the past a couple of times. I can't say i have a definitive answer for you, but i believe it is a problem with the iTunes servers. I would recommend shutting off all devices connected to the account to be sure you are completely disconnected, then turn one on, connect, and try again. That worked for me last time i had the problem. The first time i just gave it a day and it was taken care of.

I set up my iPad 2 on my cousins MacPc, I dont have a computer or iTunes. Can I download my own apps and songs now or do i need to do eveything from his iTunes? Do I need my own iTunes account to get apps? Help I dont really know what or how to do it.
Install iTunes on your Acer and you can back up the iPhone. Or back it up to iCloud. If you do not back it up you can get it unlocked, but you will lose all of your content.

Even after unlocking I'm not sure it will work on Straight Talk, because last time I checked ST used Verizon as its carrier, and an AT&T iPhone 4 is not compatible with Verizon's network. You can probably use it on Net 10 or T-Mobile once it is unlocked. -
Whenever I run Firfox 4.0, my computer fan runs continuously. I have disabled all Firefox plug-ins, but I get the same result. This did not happen with Firefox 3.x, and it doesn't happen with IE 8.0. Any ideas?
I have had a similar problem with my system. I just recently (within a week of this post) built a brand new desktop. I installed Windows 7 64-bit Home and had a clean install, no problems. Using IE downloaded an anti-virus program, and then, because it was the latest version, downloaded and installed Firefox 4.0. As I began to search the internet for other programs to install after about maybe 10-15 minutes my computer crashes. Blank screen (yet monitor was still receiving a signal from computer) and completely frozen (couldn't even change the caps and num lock on keyboard). I thought I perhaps forgot to reboot after an update so I did a manual reboot and it started up fine.
When ever I got on the internet (still using firefox) it would crash after anywhere between 5-15 minutes. Since I've had good experience with FF in the past I thought it must be either the drivers or a hardware problem. So in-between crashes I updated all the drivers. Still had the same problem. Took the computer to a friend who knows more about computers than I do, made sure all the drivers were updated, same problem. We thought that it might be a hardware problem (bad video card, chipset, overheating issues, etc.), but after my friend played around with my computer for a day he found that when he didn't start FF at all it worked fine, even after watching a movie, or going through a playlist on Youtube.
At the time of this posting I'm going to try to uninstall FF 4.0 and download and install FF 3.6.16 which is currently on my laptop and works like a dream. Hopefully that will do the trick, because I love using FF and would hate to have to switch to another browser. Hopefully Mozilla will work out the kinks with FF 4 so I can continue to use it.
I apologize for the lengthy post. Any feedback would be appreciated, but is not necessary. I will try and post back after I try FF 3.16.6. -

I'm having trouble with my iPad 2 . I downloaded a new app for my daughter and it will not let me open or access any of the new apps! It says I downloaded them and all but will not let me open them ! I'm so lost . All my other apps are fine and they work fine. But the ones I've downloaded tonight will not open and it says I downloaded them. And then I tried to delete them because there not working and it's not letting me. Please someone help me. I don't understand why all of a sudden the new apps will not open but will download. Can anyone recommend a duplicate file finder application for OS10.6 systems? All the apps I find on the App Store are only for 10.7 and later. I don't know how to filter a search on the App Store by operating system (if this is even possible). I currently have a MacBook running OS10.6.8. If you can recommend an app, please post the URL. You should be able to just place them in your Books library in iTunes and check to ensure that your Book library is configured to sync to your iPod when you sync your iPod to iTunes.

Since I actualize my iphone 4 to ios6 I can´t download applications from app store in it they seem to by downloading but within some seconds it's like if not clicked the download button. But then I have "waiting" mode applications that I never search for.
