i have a life proof case my phone was in a hot tub for 30 sec and it turned its self off and wont turn back on what do i do ??

You can try putting it in bag with rice for about 4 or 5 days and the try to turn it on.  The rice will help the drying of the iPhone.  Do not attempt to turn it until you take it out of the rice.
If it does not work after the rice, then you know you have to replace the iPhone.  This is very likely so after 30 seconds in a hot tub, but do give the rice a try.  If you can get a hold of some silica crystals, a better drying agent than rice, that would be good too.
