I HAVE A POWER MAC G5 AND IT WONT POWER UP.

I have a Power Mac G5 (late 2005).  It will not power up.I Have already replaced the PRAM battery and tried hitting the SMU button.  Nothing.

Pull the plug from the wall receptacle (the wall receptacle works, right?).
Press the power button (This is to drain builtup charge).
Replug the power cord to the wall receptacle.
Do you hear any clicks?
Press the power button. Still dead?
If you hear two clicks after reconnecting power, the PSU is likely dead.
Using a volt ohm meter (multimeter) you can test the PSU:
