I have already deleted many photos, videos and apps and yet my available storage in icloud remains exactly the same. What do i do now to reduce the storage so i can once again "back up"
I have reduced my photos, videos and apps quite a bit and yet my available storage in "icloud" remains the same! It won't let me back up now unless i delete storage( which ive done) or buy more storage, which i won't! So now what?
when you go to settings > icloud > storage and backup > and select your device it will tell you what all is going into your backup the next time you perform one. that will give you more information than we can.
the only other thing i can think of is that you have a large amount of 'other' data taking up space on your phone. that consists of settings, the iOS itself, contacts, calendar events, messages, and other things like that. contacts and calendars in icloud don't take up space in your icloud backup because they're being synced in real time, but if they're locally stored or connected to an email address on your phone, they will.

How do I clean up mail in my icloud? Mail is backed up automatically. If you make backups automatically, open Mail application and then, open the Time Machine app (in /Applications/Utilities). You will access to the Time Machine interface, and you will be able to see all your mails of all the backups you have, and you will be able to restore them. It means that your mails are backed up onto the Time Capsule -
When I try to watch any TV episode (the one I am currently trying is ABC's Modern Family) on my computer it starts and within 5 seconds the screen shows up that says "Adobe Flash Plugin Has Crashed". I then send the crash report and reload the page only for the same thing to happen. I have gone to your Mozilla Plugin Check page and updated all the plugins. I also updated Firefox. I have updated everything that there is to update on my computer but yet I am still getting the crash page. The odd thing is that when I got to sites such as ABC the video in the upper corner plays with no problem. It is when I click on the episode that it says it has crashed.

I am trying to update my iPhone4 to the iOS7 but I do not have enough storage. I don't know how to get more storage. I have already deleted all of my pictures, apps, music, and text messages. However, it's still says I do not have enough storage. I don't know what to do!!
If you cannot clear enough room on the device to do the update via the phone, then connect the phone to the computer and iTunes and update that way.

Photos on iPad and iPhone as Events that i have already deleted in iPhoto and can't find out how to delete?!
I had an album on my iPad that didn't have a delete option. I was able to finally remove everything by connecting the iPad to iTunes and going to the Photos tab. Select sync photos. It will ask you if you want to replace all photo on iPad with sync photos. Apply the setting and then un-sync photo again. It will then remove all photos on iPad starting with a clean slate.
Be sure to backup all your photos before doing this. Hope that helps. -
I have deleted all photos from my iphone and the usage is still showing 6.6GB used. I have connected via my computer and no pictures are shown. I have also gone into all my photo apps and no photos are saved. How do I resolved this?
If you deleted photos from the Camra Roll of the photos app they are not deleted immediately. Instead they are moved to the Recently Deleted album where they will remain for 30 days. This feature was added because so many people deleted photos then wanted then back.
To completely delete those photos quickly go to the Recently Deleted album and delete them from there. -
I am currently using iPhone 5 and changing to iphone 6 in sometime. I have taken backup of my photos, videos, contacts, notes and whatsapp. The only thing that remains is my iMessage. Can someone tell me how to backup and restore my iMessages?
iMessages are backed up in the normal backup of your phone so it will be restored when you restore the backup.

I have upgrade my phone to iOS7 and my company recently upgraded to Exchange 2010. My emails are not synching to my inbox. I can only see my Sent items. I have already deleted the account 3 times but this did not fix the inbox problem.
You need to have a different Apple ID for each of the other devices.

And that's exactly the problem, because everyone should have their own account for iCloud. You can share an Apple ID for iTunes & App Store purchases, but you shouldn't do that for iCloud (Mail, Calendar, Contacts etc. ... ...and Photos). The problem of using the same account together could mean that only your dad's photos were stored.

Open Activity Monitor by searching it in spotlight.
Go to the app that you downloaded & quit it. If it won't quit then Force Quit. -
I have about 14 gbs of Other on my iPad. After searching, I notice that it is mostly photos. Years and years of photos. However, when I sync thru iTunes on my iMac, I only sync the last 6 months. I have tried deleting all photos and syncing again. No luck. Any suggestions?
Read the User Tip that razmee209 linked for you in the post above. If nothing in there works, there May be something on your iPad that is corrupt. Backup the iPad, restore to factory settings, and them restore the backup. If that doesn't fix it, restore as new and download all of your purchased content again.

Total iPhoto crash after deleting many photos
After deleting many photos--I'm trying to cull the duplicates--and emptying the iPhoto trash, I quit the app and reopened. But it wouldn't reopen except to a BLANK iPhoto page. I could not quit or do anything with the app, so I had to force quit. Did a computer restart, but still nothing, except a split second flash of photos and then absolutely nothing. I paid for this update and have seen no advantages whatsoever from the recent version and now this. Suggestions?!
It's likely that you've damaged the database by trashing too many items at once. Experienced users never delete more than 100 images at a time.
What version of iPhoto? Assuming 09 or later...
Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Repair Database. If that doesn't help, then try again, this time using Rebuild Database.
If that fails:
Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. (In early versions of Library Manager it's the File -> Rebuild command. In later versions it's under the Library menu.)
This will create an entirely new library. It will then copy (or try to) your photos and all the associated metadata and versions to this new Library, and arrange it as close as it can to what you had in the damaged Library. It does this based on information it finds in the iPhoto sharing mechanism - but that means that things not shared won't be there, so no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your events, albums and keywords, faces and places back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.
