I have already downloaded OS Yosemite (it says so on my Apple About this mac overview) but now I keep getting a message from "install Yosemite" that keeps asking me to install Yosemite again and won't go away.

I have the same issue. My computer has also slowed down. I hope this isn't a malware. I haven't input my password into it, and dont know what I did to turn this on.

The problem was solved by Apple Technical Help. The process is as flollows:
1. Open Safari
2. Menu item Safari-Reset Safari - remove all website data - reset
3. Now if you try to login on iTunes connect it will work.

With the Finder as the Front app go to the Go Menu > GO to Folder.
Copy and Paste the bold text below into the text field
~/Library/Keychains
Highlight the Keychain.
Use the CMD + i Keys together (Keystrokes for Get Info from the File Menu)
In the Info Panel that appears check the Ownership and Permission bit at the bottom.
Example Pic
Unlock Padlock
Check your Shortmname Appears (the (Me) one).
Open the Cogwheel icon
If it is Greyed Out to "Make "Shortname (Me)" owner then you are the Owner.
Check you have Read and Write Permissions.
You may need to check the Ownership and Permission on the ~/Library itself (you can do the same Get Info on Folders as well as Files)
If you don't Own it then, when you have changed that also Apply to Contents.

I keep getting error messages stating that my Adobe Flash is out of date and vulnerable. I go to the Add-ons Manager, click "update" and it takes me to the plug-in page which shows it's up to date!! Same with Java DT and Shockwave Flash. How can I update if I have the latest versions already!?! I am inclined to just allow the plug-ins to work but don't want my pc to become vulnerable. hello Danagriz, unfortunately the plugin check page lags behind. adobe has released a critical patch for a vulnerability in its flash plugin, which is reportedly already exploited in the wild. therefore firefox will block insecure versions from running by default on websites for your protection.

in order to update java, go to java.com (or if you don't need the plugin you can also uninstall it though the windows control panel)

In the past two weeks every time I select the Firefox icon I get a message: "Foreforx is in Offline mode". I click on "try again" and it always comes up. How do I avoid this message and go directly to online status?

Prior to a couple weeks ago when I clicked on the Fire Fox icon on my MacBook air it went directly to the Fire fox home page.
