Yes, so what's confusing... Did you not restore the backup of your data, contacts, pics, apps, music, etc. to the new hard drive after you replaced it or reformatted it or whatever you did? If so, then you can just sync your data back.

Whats the Wireless settings you have setup on your Router (SSID, Channel, Security Mode)? Are you getting any error message when you are trying to connect to your wireless network?
If you have setup WEP security on your Router, when you are trying to connect to your wireless network input the "$" sign before the WEP key and then click on connect and then check if you are able to go online or not. -

There is no where for you to download them again for free- ringtones are not included in the iCloud feature. Applications can be redownloaded from the store at no additional cost- songs and movies can be redownloaded through iCloud (if they are available) but ringtones do not have that option. As I said, we can try to repost them for you but do not repurchase them unless you want to pay for them a second time. I encourage you to back up your purchases so you have the ability to restore them yourself if something happens to them.
If you want to know more about redownloading applications and other purchases let me know, and I'll be happy to provide you the redownload apps information and the iCloud information but this doesn't help you with ringtones.

My daughter had her infomation on the computer for her Iphone 4 and had used my wifes name. When my wife hooked her phone up to load music. Everytime I try to add a new song to the Ipod, this message comes up and I am not sure what to do:

An Ipod can be synced with only one ITunes library at a time. Erasing and syncing replaces the contents of this IPod with the contents of this ITunes library.
Then it asks me if I want to delete and sync.
I am not sure what to do for fear of erasing everything I have put on my Ipod.
I would appreciate if someone could help me out.If I understand you correctly, you are trying to use iTunes to play the Music in your iPod but which is not in your itunes library. I don't think Apple design iTunes for use in your way. As to put and play music in iPod, the music has to be in iTunes first, so you play music in the iTunes music Library. the window with Ipod music is just to show you which music are already in the Ipod, in case you want to Manually Manage your huge music library.

Apple TV does not recognize my Apple account username (email) and password, but iTunes, my iPad and iPhone does. I have rest my password three times, same results.
ATV says my computer is not authorized, but i-Tunes says it is.

You must create the account using an Apple device, a Mac (Lion or greater) or an IOS device (IOS5 or greater). Having done that you will be able to sign in from your Windows machine.
FYI, iCal is an application that can display calendars from iCloud (and others) it is not a calendar itself, merely a calendar client. In Windows Outlook is the calendar client. -
