Sorry to hear that you are having that problem. Do you use the free eFax account that came with the printer? With that you get free 20 fax pages in and 20 faxes pages out every 30 days. The 30 days do not run from the 1st to the 30th; but from when you set it up. So if you set it up in the middle of the month, it would run from there to the middle of next month before rolling those 30 days over. So I would check to see if you have exceeded the limit for the 30 days. You can do that on the front panel of the printer by going into to efax and then looking on that first screen that appears, you should see the monthly page count. If it is not over the limit I would log into to efax.com and make sure that under the "Update Account" option that it has the receive email listed as your printer's email address @hpeprint.com, and that it is the only one listed. If multiple addresses are listed there, the faxes will no longer print out on the printer. Also make sure that the file format under "Fax Options" is not set to tiff format.

I am Streaming audio from my IPAD to my Apple TV from Rhapsody application. when Apple TV go into Screen Saver mode, about 5 minutes after that it stops playing the Audio Stream and goes into Sleep mode. I am using the Optical Out from the Apple TV to my receiver, the Apple TV is hard Wired to the Network, the IPAD is Wirelessly attached to the network (it continues to play the Audio Stream). When the Apple TV is turned back on it resumes playing once I manual select it for output from the IPAD. All device are on current releases of software. I have no Video hooked up to the Apple TV. How do I correct this?
Intermittent problems are often a result of interference. Interference can be caused by other networks in the neighbourhood or from household electrical items.
You can download and install iStumbler (NetStumbler for windows users) to help you see which channels are used by neighbouring networks so that you can avoid them, but iStumbler will not see household items.
Refer to your router manual for instructions on changing your wifi channel or adjusting your multicast rate.
There are other types of problems that can affect networks, but this is by far the most common, hence worth mentioning first. Networks that have inherent issues can be seen to work differently with different versions of the same software. You might also try moving the Apple TV away from other electrical equipment. -
My wifes ipad has suddenly stopped searrching for wifi connections and when our home hub is found it says unable to access ? It was working properly the other day ?
Have you tried rebooting the Hub? Unplug it from power for about 30 seconds and plug it back in again.

I have an Airport Express that I am trying to use connected by ethernet to my iMac G4 running Mac OS 10.4.11. I need to update the Airport Express softwart in order to use security option WPA2 Personal to connect to the internet through my Airport Extreme. I currently have Airport Express software version 5.6.1. How can I update this software? (I can connect directly to my Airport Extreme by ethernet and download the update that way). Is a later version of A E software available for download anywhere? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If you have an itunes acct that was not set up to share and the lap top it was on is no longer working, is there a way to open up the old itunes acct to get music and photos off of it? This was before Icloud was available. Can you reset your itunes password somehow?
iTunes and the iTunes Store won't have anything to do with your photos. Those would be stored only on your laptop unless you made a backup of some sort. If you didn't, and the hard drive in your laptop has failed, then your photos are gone unless you wish to pay a disk recovery service a lot of money to try and get them back.
As to your music, if you purchased it from the iTunes Store you can probably re-download it. Go to the iTunes Store, log into your account, and click the Purchases link under the Quick Links. From there you should be able to re-download some or all of your purchased content. Note that not all content has been licensed for re-downloading in all countries at this time. I have an iphone 4 that I recently upgraded to IOS 7, and now I cant drag music to it. It says "preparing to update" eternally. Weird thing is... I have an iphone 3s that is IOS 6, and it takes new music all day. arg.
I have tried direct connecting the iphone 4, via wifi, everything. I hate itunes with a passion, but it seems to be a necessary evil. I dont know why I would have no trouble with my iphone 3. I am using the same technique for both phones. Find the music I want in the library and drag it to the iphone. Works on IOS 6, not IOS 7.

I have a large library that I ripped in AIFF using iTunes. I converted to Mp3 to save drive space, keeping the originals. I have a new computer and want to revert to my original files. iTunes sees the library but is looking for Mp3 files. Suggestions?
