I had this same issue. The cause was that I had selected a folder of photos on my computer to sync to the iPad that I did not have permission to write to (only read). So, it's likely you have something set up to sync that you do not have proper permissions for. Take a look at this and see if either changing the permissions on these files or choosing not to sync these files works for you.

are you getting an error message, Odessa? if so, what does it say? include error message numbers if you're getting any.
if you're not getting an error message, describe what happens when you try to transfer songs to the ipod as best you can.

When I try to do it through I tunes it tells me I have the 4.2.1 version and that it is the latest and there are no pdates. If you are a Verizon user try this:
Open the phone and dial *228. This is a Verizon over-the-air programming number.
When the system answer press 1 for "Program or activate your phone"
Wait for the call to disconnect. You should get a prompt stating "Settings updated."
Double tap the Home button to bring up the recently used apps list at the bottom. Locate the Phone, Message, and Contacts apps, swiping if necessary, and press and hold until they jiggle then press the red minus sign to stop them.
Wait a 3-5 minutes.
Try your phone again and see if it's fixed.

Each email address can only be on one iTunes account, and all purchases are tied to the account that buys them. If you want to have separate iTunes accounts on each then you will need separate email accounts for each iTunes account

We need clarification here.
Please don't just state version numbers, also state which software. iTunes 10.7 requires OSX 10.6.8 or higher. Leopard is OSX 10.5.8. You have two alternatives right now. One is to stay with Leopard for a while (ultimately you should upgrade) and install iTunes 10.6.3 which is the last version to work with Leopard. This should work with iOS6 on an iPhone4. The other is to call Apple and order OSX 10.6 (Snow Leopard) and upgrade the computer to 10.6.8 which will allow you to run iTunes 10.7. The caveat is we know nothing about which computer you run and if it even can run any system higher than Leopard.

If you want to try upgrading:
Get more information about your computer. Go to the Apple in the upper left corner of any window, then "About this Mac" and "More Info..." Copy and paste the information here, but omit the serial number and Hardware UUID (if present). If it says something about Intel or Core Duo or Core 2 Duo in the processor you can upgrade to Snow Leopard (assuming you have sufficient RAM/"memory"). If it says PPC or PowerMac, you cannot.

This means the iPhone has not been connected or synced with your computer since the passcode lock was enabled on the iPhone and too late now.

All Apple chargers work from 100-240VAC, 50-60Hz power. All you will need is a plug adapter for the country you are in.
FYI - You can use the iPad charger to charge your iPhone.

I got a brand new I phone from the apple store three weeks ago and my silent button had just stopped working, I have the latest hardware and update. I have turned the phone on and off as well as switched the sound on and off many times but the sound wont go off.

You shouldn't lose anything because its all saved on the internet. Since you're using an account. It will all still be there if you delete the app, reinstall it and log back in.
Deleting the app should work, but if it doesn't, you will usually have to wait for a bug fix app update. Every time your app crashes it sends a report to instagram and they try and fix the problem, so the bug fix update shouldn't take too long.
