I have an inetrnet modem and the time capsul one, I need to shutdown the internet modem signal so I only get the one from Time capsul. Does anyone knows how to do that?

As Tom states, that's interlacing.
Interlacing was invented when the TV was born, to carry 1/5 the frame with each Hz of the electricity rating. In the US, that's why you use 30 fps (or 29.nnn) in the US and we use 25 fps in europe as the electricity is 60Hz/50Hz.
Interlaced video should ONLY (I repeat ONLY) be used for analog TV signal transports.
Each and every digital TV set today, including all the computer screens, is Progressive, updating the full frame at each screen refresh. And most TV's even refresh much quicker, newest TV's refresh a 800Hz..! (giving then problems with the newest LTE spectums..)
If your source media in interlaced, ask why! And stop shooting interlaced.. ;-)
If you have interlaced video, make sure you apply the DeInterlace setting when you import and transcode it. -

YOu would have to set it up as an IMAP account, which would depend on what email service you are using.

There are many, many other options. Search on MacUpdate. You can set Photoshop (or any image editor) as an external editor in iPhoto. (Preferences -> General -> Edit Photo: Choose from the Drop Down Menu.) This way, when you double click a pic to edit in iPhoto it will open automatically in Photoshop or your Image Editor, and when you save it it's sent back to iPhoto automatically. This is the only way that edits made in another application will be displayed in iPhoto. -

My iMac fails when I try to upgrade from Snow Leopard 10.6.8. I have to boot up from disk. Does anyone know how to overcome this problem? I need to upgrade in order to install latest software.
It would be lovely to know what your talking about. Upgrading from Snow Leopard does not involve discs.
Upgrading to Lion
If your computer does not meet the requirements to install Mavericks, it may still meet the requirements to install Lion.
You can purchase Lion at the Online Apple Store. The cost is $19.99 (as it was before) plus tax. It's a download. You will get an email containing a redemption code that you then use at the Mac App Store to download Lion. Save a copy of that installer to your Downloads folder because the installer deletes itself at the end of the installation.

When I use it on my laptop there is no problem the songs and videos are there but when i use the ipod directly they just don't appear... :SIt sounds like the iPod has a software issue. I would try the following troubleshooting tips:
1. Reset the iPod: reset the iPod by holding the sleep/wake and home buttons simultaneously for 10-15 seconds until the screen goes black then shows the Apple logo.
2. Make sure the iPod is on the latest version of the software, if it's not then update it.
3. If the iPod is on the latest version of the software or the software update didn't resolve your issue then restore the ipod to factory settings, which will put a new version of the system software on your iPod.

We want to make sure that everythig is working on the device without any kind of issues. When did you notice that the dial pad went away once a phone call is made or received? Do you have a screen protector on the phone that covers the sensors on the device? Please keep us posted.

I have an Iphone 4S that i installed the face button app. After trying to use it, my phone locked and I cannot get it to work anymore. does anyone knows how to reset this phone and get it working again?
A reset may help. Tap and hold the Home button and the On/Off buttons for approximately 10-15 seconds, until the Apple logo reappears. When the logo appears, release both buttons.
No content is affected by this procedure. -
In my Photos app I have my camera roll and I have a photo library. I have about 300 photos in the library that I cannot do anything with. When I open the library the thumbnails of the photos come up and I can click on edit but at the bottom i has share or add to nothing about delete.
Can anyone help me out with how to delete these photos? I have them all backed up on my computer and I would like the extra space on my phone. I don't need it it's just the point that I don't need these pictures on my phone anymore.These are pictures you synced from itunes. My iPhone lists every song (songs that I have imported from cd's, but not purchased through iTunes) twice. iTunes only shows 1 instance of each song. If I delete a doubled up entry from the phone, it deletes the whole song. Has anyone else run into this problem?

You first have to purchase "tethering" from your phone service provider. Then it is just a matter of enabling the tethering within the iPhone preferences (create a personal hotspot), and then pairing your phone via Bluetooth. Here is a support document from AT&T on the subject.

Before I saw this response I was poking around the TB Help area, saw something about switching from POP to IMAP. Did that but then switched back, BIG MISTAKE! Every email i've received since around 2008 reloaded onto my computer- all to my desktop, some to my new laptop. Had to figure out how to delete 10's of thousands of emails. I am getting to where I really hate technology.
