I have Apple one to one, and I've already transferred once, am I able to make anymore transfers again within the year that I have the one to one?
I already once used my Apple one to one to make a transfer from my old computer to my new computer. If I ever need to make another transfer to my new computer for whatever reason, is it still possible to do so and have it be under my apple one to one if it is still within the year that I first activated it?

Apple does not get involved with lost or stolen items. A carrier may offer IMEI blocking (non in the USA currently do, but elsewhere some do). Your carrier would already know your IMEI number anyway, so just contact them and ask them about it.
It is VERY good that you had a passcode lock on the device. That means your personal information will be safe. And yes, after 10 failed attempts (each with increasing time out between allowing another attempt) the device will permanently lock them out until they restore the device in iTunes. Anyone can go ahead and restore your iPhone as new in iTunes, but that also wipes everything off it and restores it to new condition - which does mean they can go off and use it as theirs, but at least all your data is gone.
Did you file a police report it was stolen? Also your carrier should be told (and ask them about IMEI blocking). Sorry it is gone, but you did the best thing possible to protect yourself and your information when you set up that passcode lock. -
Apple automatically charged me for an iCloud upgrade on a device I do not own anymore or know of the current owner. Even though I deleted the device from my account I was still charged for a device I do not have anymore. It's very difficult to get to talk to anyone from support. How can I be refunded?
Yes, assuming they are currently on the computer.
If the iPhone has been used as designed, contacts are either in a supported application on the computer or are synced to a cloud service.
Pictures would be copied to the comptuer regularly and then those desired to be on the device would be synced back. -

Not all carriers allow that to be set using preferences in the phone. Contact your carrier.

the material of all apple charges are awful and start to disintegrate. They are very expensive to replace. Great product but the charger and USB cords are awful my Mac book charger he rubber like material starts to break apart exposing your wires.

The photo sync is one-way: Computer to phone. Photos synced to your phone will have to be extracted from your phone using third-party software, if you want them on your computer, as Apple makes no provision to do so. Since you're using a Mac, you can use this:

Well, Ihave a lot of passwords for different sites that Firefox keep track of so that I don't have to remember them all when I need to log in on these webpages. Also I have a lot of bookmarks. How do I make a backup of all of this data so that I can make a clean install of the new Lion, install Firefox 5 and then use this backup to return Firefox to the same level as before? Also, I want to be able to have a backup file of all this in case of a crash. Is this possible, and if not maybe a function for the future?

Can you perform "ymodem" and "kermit" data file transfers from within Labview ?
If third party software vendors can do this, does anyone know who they may be ? In my application, the final product which I must communicate with is a finished commercial product which uses picodos as the operating system and accepts commands and transfers data over an RF Freewave modem, downloading and uploading files using both "ymodem" in procomm and "kermit"(old program) for large data files. I've got around most of the picodos stuff but I'm left with these two items which do not seem to be handled by National.

Many of us in this community are your age and older. Age has nothing to do with it, but your lack of experience with tech devices has more bearing on this than your age. However, having said that, the iPad is very easy to use. You don't need a computer at all any more in order to use an iPad.
If you do want to use your laptop with your iPad, you must be running the latest version of iTunes and these are the specific requirements.

I've just an Apple TV set it all up but when I play netflix the sound is really crackling. I can't hear anything else but the crackle. I can see the movie fine..
I have taken it back to the Apple store genius bar, but they say they don't see anything wrong. Well unless you use it all day and experience the problems when they happen, you wont see anything wrong. But there are lots wrong with it. But this would be the same store as I purchased the phone. And they backed up my old Iphone 4, but were not able to get anything to load back onto my new phone. So, I lost pretty much everything. But over time, some of my contacts have started showing up, although i am still missing over 800 of them.

Ok after 3 years I am trying my old iphone again...downloading iTunes....which I never liked in the first place....only to find that it is basically the same sh1t program as before....I would like to import some videos and music MP4 to itunes but when I go add folder etc. nothing happens....i know i am technically challanged but to still struggle with such an easy task is bullsh1t!!! make that bloody itunes USERFRIENDLY!!!! To install a battery in a MBP should be a 15 minute operation and can be done at an Apple store. I would call ahead and make an appointment AND make certain that they have the battery required in stock for your MBP.

By the way, the phone works perfect, there's no scratches or cracks in the screen. Everything works perfectly.
Accidental damage is not covered under the warranty but if possible to reset the screen without causing additional damage, the Apple Store should do this without charging for it.

My iPad2 connects to the 3G but does not connect to the wifi. It sees my wifi router but it does not connect to it. The problem all started with iOS upgrade to 6.1. Wifi is THE most important component of an iPad getting it wrong is UNFORGIVABLE. If this does not get fixed very soon, Apple can kiss my loyalty bye bye.
The problem has appeared with iOS 6.1 update. I have tried rebooting the iPad, forgetting the wifi network etc... I have numerous devices connected to the router through wired LAN and wifi. All of them were working properly.
The iPad appeared to have problems connecting to the DHCP server and was showing an Unusual IP address starting with 169 rather than the normal range of 192.168.0.xxx served by my router. In the end rebooting the router appeared to have fixed the problem for now, however I will wait to see when the lease expires...
One could establish that the problem is with the router, however the problem coincided with the upgrade to iOS6.1 and no other devices had any problem. -
I have a problem with cleanmymac that makes some of native app stop working. I reinstalled OS X Mav´s and everything seems to be ok, but the iWorks apps stop working then...so I reinstalled and everything were ok again....By now keynote works fine but the icon only appears on the dock, but not on the launchpad. How can I solve this?
