I have been working around proI am advised to reinstall Lion. I don't have a recovery disk, I downloaded it but screwed up making the disk. Can anyone tell me how to get this.
I have had a number of problems since installing Lion on my iMac and am going to try reinstalling. I can't seem to find the recovery disk material from the App store. I downloaded it but think I should have copied the disk image rather than trying to open it as an App. You live and learn eh!
Will someone tell me how to get this.
The Lion Recovery disk is accessed by booting while holding down the command-r keys. To do a reinstall you do need an internet connection.

I am new to Mac Pro and am purchasing one online tonight. Can anyone tell me how to get my information - Itunes, photos, and videos transferred onto the Mac from my Toshiba. the state I live in doesn't have an Apple store but I could take it to Minneapolis when I go. Any ideas where to begin?
You might profit from a visit to a Minneapolis Apple store. With a brand new Mac, I think they will be most helpful - not just with transferring files, but with other advice as well. And I strongly recommend you invest in a back up drive. The Apple folk can help with that as well.

I have an audio feed created on my Drupal website and it does not pass muster on the Itunes podcast submission. Says byte range requests not supported but I talk with my provider and they indicated that byte range requests are supported. My feed is www.theoasisoflight.org/audio/feed

If it did, 'Content-Length' would have been 201. I can't promise that this test is 100% authoratitave, but it rather looks as if Drupal are wrong. If this is the case you will, I'm afraid, have to find another server because without byte range requests podcasts don't work properly in iPhones, so Apple have made it mandatory. -

If it's showing the connect to iTunes screen then it sounds like it's gone into recovery mode and will need to be connected to a computer's iTunes in order to be reset. Does neither she nor you have a computer, and if she hasn't has she been backing up to the cloud instead ?
Depending upon what country that you are in, and whether content is still in the store, she might be able to re-download some/all of her downloads via the Purchased tabs in the App Store and iTunes store apps -

Premiere Pro CC has been working fine until today. I have completed my sequence and it is active. I have both audio and video checked when I am exporting using H.264 with Match Source Hi bitrate. I am choosing entire sequence. The audio exports but the video and title does not. Can anyone tell me how to troubleshoot this so I can complete this project? Please!

I've never seen this issue, and I handle many iPads, of all versions. WiFi issues are generally local to the WiFi router - they are not all of the same quality, range, immunity to interference, etc. You have distance, building construction, and the biggie - interference.
At home, I use Apple routers, and have no issues with any of my WiFi enabled devices, computers, mobile devices, etc - even the lowly PeeCees. I have locations where I have Juniper Networks, as well as Aruba, and a few Netgears - all of them work as they should.
The cheaper routers, Linksys, D-Link, Seimens home units, and many other no name devices have caused issues of various kinds, and even connectivity.
I have no idea what Starbucks uses, but I always have a good connection, and I go there nearly every morning and get some work done, as well as play.
You could try changing channels, 2.4 to 5 Gigs, changing locations of the router. I have had to do all of these at one time or another over the many years that I have been a Network Engineer.

Try to go to Settings and then Store. Tap to your Apple ID and select View Apple ID. Now choose to check your payment information and when you're done tap Done. I had to rewrite my three digit code of the credit card and now it works.
Oh, I also activated Genius for Apps but I don't think it makes any difference. -

You installed the "DownLite" trojan, perhaps under a different name. Remove it as follows.
Malware is constantly changing to get around the defenses against it. The instructions in this comment are valid as of now, as far as I know. They won't necessarily be valid in the future. Anyone finding this comment a few days or more after it was posted should look for more recent discussions or start a new one.
Back up all data.
Triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:

You may be wondering why you didn't get a warning from Gatekeeper about installing software from an unknown developer, as you should have. The reason is that the DownLite developer has a codesigning certificate issued by Apple, which causes Gatekeeper to give the installer a pass. Apple could revoke the certificate, but as of this writing, has not done so, even though it's aware of the problem. This failure of oversight is inexcusable and has compromised both Gatekeeper and the Developer ID program. You can't rely on Gatekeeper alone to protect you from harmful software.
*If you don't see the contextual menu item, copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. In the Finder, select
