I have downloaded both photoshop and in InDesign, but I cannot access them. What do I do?

I have downloaded both apps and the cloud does not give me an option to launch or use the applications. When I click on the name of either app, it brings me online where it says 'download now'. When I click on this, it brings me back to the cloud (where it says I have already downloaded it). It brings me back and forth and I cannot access either app in order to use it.

The applications aren't in the cloud, they are on your hard drive.
If you've downloaded the apps, they will be installed where applications are always stored on your computer. You didn't tell us what operating system you're using. If you are using a Macintosh, they will be installed into you Applications folder. Just launch them from there.

You will need to erase the HDD and start over by reinstalling the OS and setting the Mac up as a new one with your own Apple ID.

Download again and double-check you pick the right language. Also check the same during install. Fopr anything beyond that you need to provide more information about your system and other details.

The apps in the iTunes Store are for a mobile device. Mac apps are in the Mac App Store.

Have downloaded CC photoshop and brush tool not working

Hi, I have downloaded PS and the brush tool does not work. I downloaded PS last week and set up a watermark to use on my photos using the define brush preset. It wouldnt work,so i googled a heap of things to try and nothing worked.I made sure opacity was 100% and also that i was on a layer and nothing worked, I have just uninstalled and reinstalled and went to a new PSD and the brush still doesnt work.Please help, it is really frustrating. You have the History Brush selected. Normal brush is two icons up the tool bar.

It's likely your antivirus or firewall is blocking the download. Try disabling them. Also, if you have a Windows computer a recent Microsoft update corrupted winsock settings. To fix this open a command window as Admin and type:
netsh winsock reset
After a restart of the PC you should have no more iusses.

Well, if it goes to VM immediately the call isn't reaching your phone, so no wonder it isn't ringing. Do you see a network displayed in the upper left of the screen? Have you activated the phone by connecting to a computer with the latest version of iTunes? Have you called your carrier to make sure they have provisioned it correctly?

Yes, you've missed the download step.
Open the Kindle app and navigate to your Library. There is a tab at the bottom that says Cloud | Device. Tap the Cloud tab and tap the books you want to download to the device. You will see a progress indicator during the download. Once it's done, read away!

I cannot access my pages documents after upgrade to OSX 10.9.1. Pages and Numbers show they are upgraded also, but when I try to access the existing documents it says I need an upgraded version. You have 2 versions of Pages on your Mac.
Pages 5 is in your Applications folder.
Pages '09/'08 is in your Applications/iWork folder.
You are alternately opening the wrong versions.
Pages '09/'08 can not open Pages 5 files and you will get the warning that you need a newer version.
Pages 5 can open Pages '09 files but may damage/alter them. It can not open Pages '08 files at all.
Once opened and saved in Pages 5 the Pages '09 files can not be opened in Pages '09.
Anything that is saved to iCloud is also converted to Pages 5 files.
All Pages files no matter what version and incompatibility have the same extension .pages.
Pages 5 files are now only compatible with themselves on a very restricted set of hardware, software and Operating Systems and will not transfer correctly on any other server software than iCloud.
Note: Apple has removed over 90 features from Pages 5 and added many bugs:

Archive/trash Pages 5, after exporting all Pages 5 files to Pages '09 or Word .docx, and rate/review it in the App Store, then get back to work.

I have my username, password, and sync key but I cannot click the next button to complete the sync setup?! Neither the next button nor the cancel button press?!

I try to setup my sync account with Ubuntu 13.10 and I am able to enter my user name and password and recovery key but the next button will not click and neither will the cancel button. Only the back button, sync options button, and the x at the top of the screen are functioning?

Did you enable the Side Bar?
Select "Show Side Bar" from the "View" menu of iTunes.

I get intermittent failure of home wifi. My iPhone 5 shows full wifi signal but I cannot connect to the internet. I just get a message saying " Safari could not open the page because the server stopped responding ". I do not have this problem with my iPad mini which is connected to the same router. If you have carefully follow ALL of the steps in that article, you are using a USB port directly on your computer and not a USB hub (don't use a front port on a tower or desktop either, as they are an internal hub) and you installed iTunes correctly using an Administrator ID and you have tried disabling your antivirus and firewall then there is no hope of it ever working. Look at the tip again, and go through it carefully, not skipping any steps.
Note, BTW, that an iPhone will not show up on a computer, only in iTunes. If there are photos in the Camera Roll then it will appear in Windows as a digital camera only.
