Ihave downloaded/paid for a plug in from adobe site (cracked backgrounds) it told me ti install Creative Cloud which i have done it shows the plug in on there as downloaded but i cannot install it into lightroom 5 to use? i have tried the plug in manger but it says cannot install plug in..also downloaded the Adobe extension manager cc but that does not add either....Please help first time i ave tried to install a plug in !!!!!! Lucy

Please remember to unzip the file from your Downloads folder in order to load them into Lightroom.
What is the error in Lightroom?
Did you read the 'Where to Find it' section?

    kindly do the mentioned steps as follow in order to get hold of chat rep of adobe
    Go to www.adobe.com/getsupport
    select the product as adobe creative suite - then select the issue as adobe id and sign in - and then click on still need help contact us then you will be able to find chat option and they will help you with the chat issue

    there is no forced use of LR5 and your LR4 will remain in place and active. Should you decide to use LR5 it will try to,import your catalogs.

  • I just installed Creative Cloud and I have had a blue rotating circle for the last 40 minutes in the screen. Have tried force quit and restarting and problem persists.

    I just downloaded Creative Cloud for Photographers and nothing seems to be starting. I cannot download photoshop or lightroom because there is a blue circle in the creative cloud window

    I have similar problems. I install cc-app, start it and get an empty cc screen with a blue timer in the middle of the screen that gives me the impression it tries to connect to something.
    I have been browsing this forum for days and have tried 'everything' I could find:
    - turned off firewall
    - connected directly to the internet without a router
    - opened ports
    - uninstalled cc multiple times
    - uninstalled all Adobe software (used to run CS6)
    - used cc-cleaner
    - manually deleted all adobe related directories
    - removed the OOBE directory multiple times
    - gave cc administrator permissions
    I'm using windows 7.
    Another thing I noticed: when cc is running in the background and I play a computer game, cc takes me back to windows. This only stops when I turn off cc.

    Adobe used to have (discontinued a year ago) a program for printers called ASN whereby we could purchase and download all  the latest versions and updates for the full suite CS4 for 2 Macs and 2 PCs at a very reasonable price. We could only download; they did not send box sets. Suddenly all Mac CS4 applications crash on our Mac. Adobe says they no longer support CS4 and won't acknowledge a place to download from their site (of course we have serial number). The other issue is that we are still running Mac OSX 10.4.11 (Tiger) on a non Intel Mac so an upgrade to CS 5.5 will not run on our computer.
    Does anyone know where we can find a download of the full CS4 for Mac on the Adobe site?  We paid Adobe and feel we should have access to what we paid for. Thanks in advance.

  • Please help. This is the second time in 2 weeks this phone freezes

    I am at my wits end with my iPhone. I was downloading a photograph just now. During the download and set to contact, the phone went blank. There is a backlight on, but I cannot turn on the phone or turn it off. Just a blank screen. I have hit the power and home button for 30 seconds and NO APPLE logo comes up. I am assuming that the phone is 'on' because of the dim light that appears to be there. This happened about 2 weeks ago. I was able to hit the home/power buttons with great success. However this time, nothing is working. Yes, it has a full charge. Any help is greatly appreciated. I live about 165 miles from the nearest Apple store iPhone 4

    To remove the book simply touch and hold the cover on the main page.  A little pop up will ask, remove?  Say yes.  The book content will de deleted.   The cover will remain on your main page with a little down arrow so that you can redownload it if you wan in the cloud view.  In the device view, it simply disappears.
    Note at the bottom of the page are a couple of switches, labeled cloun and device.  The device switch shows you books on your device.  The cloud page shows your whole catalog, and the down arrow allows you to bring down anything in your catalog to the device.

    I had this same problem as soon as I upgraded to iTunes 6 and the 1.1.1 ipod software.
    I followed this procedure to resolve the problem...(requires a second computer)
    1. Download latest iTunes onto clean computer
    2. Download latest iPod updater onto clean computer
    3. Update and then Restore iPod using clean computer (reboot in between and after)
    4. Install iTunes on clean computer
    5. Import a track using this new computer from your old collection of purchased music (copy one from your other computer)
    6. Click on the file and authorise that computer
    7. Update iPod
    8. Check music plays on iPod
    9. Plug iPod into other (original computer)
    10. Update iPod (it should ask to resync library ... say yes)
    11. Check all music now plays again.
    12. Not sure why, but you may notice some missing files in your library. Add them back to the library.
