I have FB4 and Flash Pro CS4 installed and get the message "This feature requires Adobe Flash CS5"
I have intalled CS4 Design Premium and Flash Builder 4 (the trial version). According to this Adobe
training video they should work together "http://tv.adobe.com/watch/adc-presents/flash-builder-4-and-flash-professional-cs4-workflow /".
However, when i try to create Flash Professional component for use in Flex as specified in the the workflow video to (i.e. copy a .fla to
Flex Project lib directory or drag "custom" Flash Professional component onto state to link to Flash Pro) - I get the "This feature requires Adobe Flash CS5"
error mesage.

Hi,
I have installed both FB4 and Flash CS5 as trial versions. I installed FB4 as a plugin into eclipse Gallileo and then installed CS5. When trying to create a new Flash Project in Eclipse I get the message "This feature requires Adobe Flash CS5 or higher to be installed.", although CS5 is installed.
I tried reinstalling FB4 but it didn't help.
If FB4 is installed as standalone, then its eclipse IDE has no problem creating new Flash Projects.
Any idea why the plugin doesn't detect my Flash Pro CS5 installation?

I have a new MacBook Pro. I keep getting the message "Mail would like to use your keychain "login". How can I make this stop? I have run the keychain repair utility.
Hi,
With the Finder as the Front app go to the Go Menu > GO to Folder.
Copy and Paste the bold text below into the text field
~/Library/Keychains
Highlight the Keychain.
Use the CMD + i Keys together (Keystrokes for Get Info from the File Menu)
In the Info Panel that appears check the Ownership and Permission bit at the bottom.
Example Pic
Unlock Padlock
Check your Shortmname Appears (the (Me) one).
Open the Cogwheel icon
If it is Greyed Out to "Make "Shortname (Me)" owner then you are the Owner.
Check you have Read and Write Permissions.
You may need to check the Ownership and Permission on the ~/Library itself (you can do the same Get Info on Folders as well as Files)
If you don't Own it then, when you have changed that also Apply to Contents.

Repair your Apple software update.
Go to START > ALL PROGRAMS > Apple Software Update. If it offers you a newer version of Apple Software Update, do it but Deselect any other software offered at the same time. Once done, try another iTunes install
If you don't find ASU, go to Control Panel:
START > CONTROL PANEL/ > Add n Remove Programs, highlight ASU and click CHANGE then REPAIR -

Let's try a repair install of iTunes first.
Restart the PC. If you're using Vista or 7, now head into your Uninstall a program control panel, select "iTunes" and then click "Repair". If you're using XP, head into your Add or Remove Programs control panel, select "iTunes", click "Change" and then click "Repair".

Trying to download the free trial of Adobe Acrobat XL Pro. I keep getting the message "The application could not be installed because the installer file is damaged. Try obtaining a new installer file from the application author." I've repeatedly tried getting a new installer file, but get the same message every time.

I downloaded the 32 bit version of photoshop cc 2014. When trying to install I get the message that installer failed to initialize and that this could be due to a missing file. Has anybody a solution>?
Did you unzip the entire contents of the download zip file onto your hard drive before running the installer? You need to do that.
I have installed it myself and it went in just fine.

Hi, I have just brought a new laptop running windows 8 and have installed Firefox. My old laptop was running XP and I didn't have a problem running Firefox on it. I am trying to install Kindle for PC on my new laptop but I keep getting the message "this link needs to be opened with an application". I've never seen this message before on any web browser that I have used. I have "googled" the question and some suggestions are:
> reloading Firefox-no point I've just loaded it
> downloading through Internet Explorer-which I don't want to do as I want Firefox my browser of choice
> Some talk of changing profiles-which I haven't a clue about.
Any help in plain and simple English and assuming I have no prior knowledge (I'm a car driver rather than a mechanic) will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advanceI'm not familiar with downloads from the Windows 8 app store. Have you had problems with any other store downloads, or just this one? Is it an option to save the file?

We need to know if any registry settings are causing this error. Please follow these instructions:
from Windows Start | Search: type regedit and hit Enter; you will see a window like this
now click on the little arrow ▹ left from HKEY_CURRENT_USER
Next click the arrow ▹ beside Software, then Microsoft, then Windows, then CurrentVersion, then Explorer, then click on User Shell Folders
all entries on the right side should start with %USERPROFILE%
If you have anything different, this may be the cause for the install failure.
Now you need to repeat the same thing for another key:
▹ HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE ▹ Software ▹ Microsoft ▹ Windows ▹ CurrentVersion ▹ Explorer ▹ User Shell Folders
Here all entries should start with %PUBLIC% or %ProgramData%. If you have anything different, this may also be the cause for the install failure. -
Hi I Run Windows 7. Since upgrading to Firefox 4.0 I am unable to "clear history" and get the message "QuickTime failed to initialize". I can delete history when in safe mode with plug-ins disabled. Re-installing quick time fails to resolve the issue. Any ideas or suggestions?

I have an Apple ID and trying to sign in for the 1st time on iTunes. When I do, I get the message: "This Apple ID has not been used with the iTunes Store. Please review your account information." When I do, it brings me to the same AppleID login window, and I get stuck in the same loop. I never get to the following screen to enter my account info. What's going on?? This is MADDENING!

App Store says update available for iPhone app. Try to install and get the message "the item you are trying to buy is no longer available" for three apps in a row. Even when I go to the specific app and press Update, the update begins to install then aborts with this error message.iPhone 3GS running iOS 5.1.1. Also very long delay typing each keystroke in this message.
That error message is usually indicative of a problem with the App Store. If you look through the forums, you'll see that a number of people are experiencing the problem. Try again tomorrow.
